The location is very good. It has all the necesary amenities needed. The staff was very helpful and ready to do what you ask them

We stayed at the area that is called, entre viñedos, and the only thing I was concern was the locking mechanism on the door for the room should be more secure. We did not have any issues, but I think that is some one wants to break in, they easily do it.

Restaurant

Too expensive. Room was small, leak at the bathroom faucet and no pavimentes areas. Just dust all over

Rustic, quiet, nice style

Room too small, no tv, faucet worked on and off, poor service at breakfast, too expensive!

It's a small step up from not having a room at all. Avoid this place.

The room was too small. The bed was an unstable, home made assembly. The Managment maintains a pack of large dogs that swim in the pool and defecate in the common grounds. The smell of vexes was overpowering. Avoid this place.

Hotel was in the middle of the Valle

Hotel is off of one of many unpacked roads and still seems to be under construction. Overall the price was way too high for the quality of accommodation. Room was NOT as photographed, and the property was rented out for a loud wedding party.

Property layout was great. Large areas to lounge and walk around. Pool area was very nice.

A lot of the facilities weren’t functioning. Water features etc. In our hotel room the restroom needs some upkeep, shower was draining. Water faucet and sink was older and corroded. Not very clean.

This property was so unique and I loved it. It has an excellent restaurant, wine, views, spa area, pool, horse back riding walking area for my dog. Multiple types of room. I highly recommend staying here

I was there off season..the main waterway was not filled up but it wasn't a big deal.

Didn’t like the fact there’s an additional cost to use the refrigerator provided in the rooms.

Lovely plantings, restaurant, pool area, and SPECTACULAR SPA!Food was good, and the service first-rate!

First rooms needed maintenance & we needed to be moved. Advertised that we could taste wines of the entire area but we had to beg for a red wine! (They only wanted to serve us a white or rose’!)There was a sign for wine tasting but never any information about it a never anyone there. They said the hot tubs were heated, but in fact they were only slightly less frigid than the pools.

They upgraded our stay, the check in was super fast and the restaurant is amazing!

The fridge was locked with things you can buy, so we couldn't use it. I would prefer the empty refrigerator so we can use it

I don’t think I saw anything that wow’ed me

The first room had a broken AC. They moved us to their Deluxe Terrace and it was dirty with actual spiders and spider webs throughout the room and bathroom. The bathroom window was broken. No tv besides netflix

Nice boutique location and resort. It needs a deep cleaning. The towels had a weird smell and when we asked for replacements, they still had the same smell, like old incense.

The restaurant and overall look outside

It’s a perfect get away as a couple and as a family as they have playground for children and a huge area where to run and play. The attention was very good and the hotel is clean.

It’s very peaceful & beautiful. My dogs were really happy.

Wish they have more cuisines options, specially as a vegetarian.

The pool area and location

They have things in constructions that kill the vibe, also the rooms are not very clean.

It’s clean, it’s maintained. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and they had a play ground for kids; that’s a plus! The night view is amazing because they added lights to their trees.
