nice and quiet. bed was comfy and room had nice mini split

hot water in shower non as constant. Stayed until Monday with no hot tub sunday evening or coffee in the morning of Monday.

Love the place. The room were nice and the property was well maintained by the wonderful caretaker. He was super attentive during our stay and I can't recommend this place enough.

Overall everything. From the friendly and courteous gentleman staff to the stay. Room had everything we need from a working AC, a clean room and functioning restroom. Pool was open 24 hours.

I liked everything.

Great location very friendly. AC works well. Bottle of wine upon arrival and continental breakfast were great.

Staff doesn't speak English so be prepared. Natural surrounding is great but you track a lot of dried grass into your room from the pool. Shower doesn't drain well. No Wi-Fi, no TV or radio.

Hang out on the hot tub

Rooms are really small. Our friends had an issue with their shower which was not draining. All night it smelled to sewer. They had to shower in our room.

Nice to have a coffee and fruit next day in the morning.

Customer service was excellent. The place was very unique and comfortable. The only problem I had was the shower. It was too small but it did the job.

Service was excellent, Pedro was very nice and helpful. It’s definitely not a three Diamond location but we felt very safe. There’s only four accommodations which is nice for a quiet and relaxing getaway, not recommended for small children. Wifi was not functioning which is crucial for communication, also no TV in the room.

Amenities. Staff readily available to set up our bonfire and jacuzzi. Rooms were clean. Simple breakfast option and bottle of wine.

Easy to book, pay for and confirm reservation. The staff was attentive yet gave us space to relax. Very calming atmosphere and felt safe.

Not much.

It was such a beautiful property with great amenities. Small dipping pool, cafe tables, hammocks and comfortable bedrooms to sleep in. The morning coffee and fruit is such a sweet touch. This location is close to all the great spots in the Valle. We will definitely be back!

Good breakfast, great coffee, centrical location, very good security, the parking lot is locked during the night, and so is the entrance door.

Decoration and staff friendliness

The road to get there is awful, the blanket and toilet were dirty at our arrival and the shower is very uncomfortable

Perfect location. Super private area and the really cute room and the pool area and jacuzzi are just perfect!. The room does not include "Breakfast" but they leave coffee, some seasonal fruit and toast and jelly which is basically a breakfast.

The room is small but super cute, I would just include a foldable table or a little coffee table at the end of the bed because you might need more surface space. Other than that, just go there you will love it.

The stay was relaxing and Vane and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We will be returning soon and renting the entire property to have a gathering with Friends. 100 percent recommended. Gracias Vane aquí está mi feedback ?☺️

This stay was definitely one of the best experiences we have had! It is far from a traditional hotel and more like a little retreat! Vane is literally the sweetest host and her husband is so kind and helpful! The place was very clean and the bed was super comfy! The bathrooms were well kept and after a hot day the air conditioning literally feels amazing! It cools down the room so quickly. The jacuzzi and pool were fun to sit in and day drink all day. We thought about leaving for food but we just ordered pizza and stayed all day out in the sun. The pizza was amazing though!! it was some of the best I’ve had. It is VERY close to sol de media noche and the Granada winery. All in all, this place is exactly what it looks like in the pictures so there were no surprises. It is very initiate and relaxing to just be there outside. We are definitely coming back!! Thank you Vane!!!

The patio outside and the pool area! The plants, lights and the decorations make the place look nicer and more private! The private and secured parking that is a plus so we did like that very much!!!!

The room was too small and wasn’t clean , overpriced for the size of the room and the location is at. Most likely wouldn’t stay there again or recommended to friends.

The shower water went to slow down the drain

Absolutely nothing.

The bed looked like it was not properly made. Stains on the pillow cases. Appeared to be stains on the comforter. The head board was dirty. Water pressure was horrible. This room looked like it was a room you’d rent by the hour.
