Hotel Cortez Baja Inn, Ensenada

The pool was amazing !

I did not like that we told your staff when we went to your restaurant and we tried to use the 10% discount. And they said that we can use this tomorrow morning but when we also told them we leave tomorrow morning.

The location and layout was great. And very happy for the parking.

It was a little noisy because all the floors are on tile. Which is cleaner than carpet. It would help if all the laundry carts were quiet wheels. Not shopping carts.

- The staff are very nice, they are bilingual: Spanish and English. - They were very enthusiastic. - I like the location since it is close to the touristic attractions, and the room is very clean, organized and modern. - Secure parking lot.

- The pool closes at 9pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm. After the pool, we were trying to rush into shower so we can get some food but it was apparently too late.

Everything was very good, the location of the hotel, the parking lot was controlled. You felt confident to leave your car. The size of the room was perfect. I was able to rest very well. The bathroom was super nice and with hot water

They were two things that I didn't feel comfortable were that one side of the curtain was broken and you could see inside the room and the other was that I killed a spider.

Location and resruant were great.

Staff was rud they do not like there jobs. You ask them quistions . They seam to be forced to answer you.

Very clean, staff was extremely helpful, what you see is what you get, gym was decent, rooms were updated and the furniture was updated as well.

The beds were a little firm and my wife wasn¿t fond of it but I didn¿t mind.

Nothing, bathroom and room was dirty and even though we asked to clean it went out to eat came back and nothing was done.

The location is great and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

No elevator. But there are ramps so that helps.

No windows to the outside, beds weren't very comfortable, poorly placed AC unit too near the beds, very loud guests in other rooms, room too far back on the property, very dated furniture, water pressure in shower was poor, it was expensive

Hotel room, the service ,the staff were great!!! Everyone is always greeting you. Rooms are clean ! Pool is perfecto! My kids love swimming here.10 out 10!

Location was really convenient if no car, great staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

Water pressure lacked, no handheld shower head, very noisy guests, gap under the door, old furniture, sparse room felt unwelcoming

The location was amazing, we were able to walk to almost everything. Secured free parking, staff was very friendly, the room was clean.

The bed was really firm. I like a firm bed but this one was way too firm for me.

property in general is in a good location for everything, in other hand our room wasn’t at it’s best for the price.

our A/C unit was leaking water externally, we mentioned it once and supposedly “maintenance took care of it”. we were out and about most of the weekend, we get back, turn our A/C on throughout the night and we woke up to another puddle of water in the morning. I’m not a person to complain and male a big deal about something especially when I’m on vacation. What ticked me off was that they charged me for a small stain on a a pillow case from my 5 year old daughter’s temporary water based hair dye. They didn’t even bother to wash it, they the hotel staff automatically claimed it wouldn’t come off.There is a saying the locals say and that is “Ensenada hotels act as if they’re Paris France” which turns out to be true. I’ve stayed at so many hotels in the US and in Europe, I’ve never had an issue such.

They have great underground parking, very friendly staff, very clean, and a great pool area.

The halls, walkways, and stairs are very noisy. You can hear everything at night. I’ve stayed here three times now and love everything except the noise at night.

The location was great, easy to find and close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable, well-kept, and had everything I expected. Most importantly, everything was very clean, from the bathroom to the bedding. I appreciated the attention to detail!
