Everything was excellent, the staff, rooms, decor, cleanliness, layout, pool.
They are missing a spa.
I would have liked to see less dead insects in the room.
There was noise on the roof perhaps birds nesting outside? The maintenance staff and guests next door were loud with their door usage. We were woke up by staff at 9:45pm on Saturday to prep our bed for the evening? Really late for knocking our on door!
The villas and the outside atmosphere on the weekend at the restaurant.
The pool was not heated and was too small. But I have already recommended this place to others.
The modern building and decoration/landscaping
They randomly charged me a "tip" charge on my credit card and can not explain it. I also paid extra for a king size bed and when I go there all they had were double queens. I was not offered a refund for the amount I paid extra for the king bed.
The service was excellent as well as the location. The amenities were above par.
Staff were friendly and accomodating
plumbing issues
The staff was incredible and they were all very accommodating.
I had requested that we had three rooms very close together
Everything. 5 Star hotel meets all expections.
What a beautiful place to make memories ❤️
Nothing every detail was perfect
We had great time at the resort, staff was very welcoming, Lesly was super helpful and knowledgeable, every taxi/shuttle driver was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at El Cielo and would come back again.
The view, staff, cleanliness
Staff was extremely friendly, the room was great and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean.
I wished the bed and pillows where a little bit softer.
The location, views, staff, service, rooms (huge).
very high end place, food was excellent
the water wasn't hot in the morning, took a shower at night with no problem..
The grounds are beautiful. The room was perfect with a balcony and sitting area. Location is right in the middle of the other wineries. The staff were always available to help if we needed anything. The room has a mini Nespresso. It was perfect for morning coffee on the balcony.
We didn't try any of their restaurants. We weren't really aware they had any on location until the last day. I wish they had said something at checkin. Especially since their website isn't very informative. They hard charged our "deposit". I had to dispute with my credit card company. The sofabed mattress is super thin They definitely need to replace those.
Our room was clean, modern and had comfortable beds. The property felt secluded and safe and was easy to find on the main road. If you're looking for a quiet get away, this is the place for you.
Everything is far apart on the property. The lobby, pool and restaurants you have to drive to in your own car or ask for a shuttle to come pick you up, but not a bad thing. Just something to note for someone who hasn't been before.
The room was nice, clean, pretty large, and the bed was comfy. The view from the balcony was also nice.
Difficult to get a hold of the office using the number. Took a long time to check-in. Getting in and out of the gate was challenging at times if driving your car. Roads werent paved. Pool was marginal and kind of dirty. Wasnt really on the winery more like a separate section away from the winery 600 km down the way. The gym was like in a shed or something. Certainly, nowhere near the price point that was charged, I have stayed at much nicer places for a fraction of the cost.
