Dream Inn Hakata

The staff was very helpful! Really appreciate Michael helping us on restaurant selection! The location is perfect for us. A lot eateries are walking distance. Parking is easy and the rate is reasonable. Room is perfect for family of 4 or 5. It is an apartment style. So you can cook and do laundry! The room rate is great!

The location was good, 10mins walk to Hakata Station.There were some Family mart near by.The soaps n shampoo smell nice.There were coins washing machines and dryer downstairs.(annex building)The kitchenette was clean n utensils were complete, microwave and oven were provided.Room size were great for family.There was a smoking place provided (hubby liked this), vending machines.There were friendly reception and we can keep luggages while waiting the room tobe ready.

It’s close to the hakata station so we can catch our train with some walk.

The hotel has minimal service. It’s a little cramped for our group of 4. There are not much space other than the beds. We thought the price was high compared to what we got.

Good location to transportation. Helpful services: luggage storage and placing our luggages in the unit.

This unit is an apartment, not an ‘inn’. From the photos, we were expecting a different layout. A dryer in the unit would be a plus since it took time for our wash to hang dry.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean and our stay was very comfortable. I didn't make use of the kitchen but it was nice to have. The location was quiet and a short walk from Hakata station.

I thought the room would have a washer and dryer; however, the dryer was located in the annex so I didn't bother with laundry. Also it would have been nice if there were an iron or steamer available for use. Maybe the front desk had one but I didn't want to bother looking into it.

It was clean and safe. The staff was amazing prior to us arriving and even more upon arrival.

A bit dark in the area at night

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this location. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and explained everything clearly. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a great location—just a 10-minute walk to the station, with many convenience stores and shops nearby. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Very spacious for 4 adults with a kitchen and all the amenities of a home washing machine, living/dining area which is a rarity in Japan. Feels like we are living like a local surrounded with local food establishments, school and other apartment buildings. We learned how to sort our trash like the japanese do.

Location Is great but a bit of a walk from the train station but it was a worthwhile compromise for us. We stayed a week and cleaned the place ourselves, tookOut trash and pulled out the vaccum cleaner. Just wish they had a cleaning service forLonger stay like every 3 days. But we didn’t mind the small inconvenience considering the extra space and reasonable price.

Room was spacious enough. Room partition is adjustable and good to block off light when not all are sleeping. Staff were helpful in giving instructions to local attractions and keeping our luggage in between our stayHandy to have a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine

Walls are thin. We could hear the movement from the unit above us at night. Pillows are too thin and very uncomfortable (beds were comfortable)Walk from Hakata station is about 15 minutes

Reasonably priced and clean hotel in a good location.

We had to check in after 10pm and this presented some difficulties though we were able to work it out.

The pillows are not great. Needs upgrade on bedding

Stayed for 12 days. Very comfortable and cosy, beds are firm but pillows are a little too hard. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Pillows too hard, duvet is not warm enough, No power outlets for kettle in the kitchen

Great to have a kitchen and a coach to sit on. The room is tight on space but well equipped. Staff were friendly. Great to have washing machine - but bring your own travel washing line.

It is quite a walk to Hakata Station, especially when it's raining, further than we thought. Got a sore neck from the rock hard pillows. When you get out of the lift, all doors to rooms are in the open air along a walkway and it was cold and rainy. Wasn't happy to have to take our own garbage out.

The room is large enough for 3 people. Two beds and one sofa bed were provided so that we can have have our own bed to sleep. Staff is nice.

Dream Inn is far away from the JR station. We sometimes need to take taxi to get back.

The spacious room with separated toilet facilities and accessibility to the train station. The ease of digital keypad lock prevent any physical key, making it easy to use and without concern of losing a physical key.

I had a great experience and time staying at the premise though

Clean and in a convenient location . Nice big beds for all three of us.

Bad odor from the washer area.

Good value 4 person room and decent location to Hakata station. Polite staff and easy check-in. Enough outlets in room for all members of party. Room was clean and quiet.

There weren't any windows in the 4 person room, but this wasn't really a concern for my party.
