Customer service was easy to get a hold of from a room ipad. Easy walk to all areas of the downtown core. Beds were comfy enough and nice to have personal space with a family of 4. Free drinks in the minifridge a plus.

Thin walls, dusty corners. Small room for 4 people. Pillows are thin and small.

By the road but it was hard to locate got lost and ended going to zonk hakata firstGoogle said permanently closed

Very nice small room with good beds and location near food stall in the night.

Good location to travel near Tenjin or Nakatsu.

Some basic facility is not included like razor shower cap or lotion.

Apparently the place is clean but its not... We saw a lot spider webs next to the beds.

Hot water

Very small room for four people. At 1st floor, very dark room with only a small window that cannot be opened. Do not feel safe for us. The humid walls make the bedding feel cold and wet. The room location is far from the main hotel building and was not clearly informed when booking. There is no direct communication such as hotel telephone to dial to the lobby or to the reception. We foreigners only can walk to the main building to ask help if we don’t want to make international calls. The reception was not kind when we arrived early to request to keep the luggages. In fact, the hotel is just like Airbnb rooms at most. Very bad experience and do not recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. It was in a very good location, close enough to walk to the places you want to visit.

You could hear the sound of water running when people in different rooms used their bathroom and as the room was right next to the entrance, you could hear people coming and going into the hotel which was a bit of an annoyance.

The room was really nice and clean, with all the necessary toiletries and really comfortable beds

The ceiling was a bit low and the neighborhood was nice but not necessarily the best, a little far from the station Maybe an iPad for self checking would be preferable than a separate building for the front desk
