They helped us find a clinic when our baby got sick and called and translated to the clinic staff our situation and called a taxi to pick us up to the clinic, the staff is really helpful and incredible
Nice location, close to Canal City, walking distance to Hakata Station and Old Hakata Town landmarks. Well-appointed roomBest of all, we loved the onsen facility!!!⭐️
Something to improve- nice to have a coffee pod machine in the room
Breakfast had something for everyone’s taste from western to Japanese. Lots to choose from. Rooms were a little small but comfortable enough. Staff was exceptionally helpful and polite.
On so called ECO CLEANING days with limited cleaning, cleaners often didn’t remove the used towels. Clean towels were always provided.
The location
We booked a small room which was our own fault but far too small for our comfort. Be sure to upgrade to more space
The buffet breakfast was great with everything from Japanese to American. Exceeded expectation.
Check room selection because room is somewhat small. Seems a little further to Hakara train station than expected.
The location of the hotel is ideal. It is within walking distance of Hakata Station, Nakasu yatai stalls, Tenjin yatai stalls, Kushida shrine, many shopping and restaurant options, and subway stations.
Really there was nothing we did not like.
Room was spacious and modern, bathroom was immaculate, and all this in the city center, minutes from subway and all the major city areas. The hot onsen bath was also a huge plus and open generous hours, the staff spoke English and were very helpful and kind. Honestly no complaints it was a stellar stay for a great price!
To be more eco-friendly, they have two tiers of house keeping, one for daily and one for every three nights. I totally understand the environment angle, I just think it would’ve been nice to have the bed made and like maybe pillows replaced as part of the daily. You can ask for the larger one daily too, but I wish it could’ve been a bit more convenient and flexible. But it’s a nitpick, the place was amazing.
Very close to central Fukuoka and can go anywhere by short walk or public transportation from here. We visited nearby local market and walked along the canal. Hotel itself was quite reasonable price and service. I enjoyed free hot bath at 4th floor.
I was sorry not to reserve breakfast at hotel. When I asked if breakfast is available at arrival, already full booked state.
I left an item in the hotel fridge and called the staff to ask if they could help deliver it to Tokyo, where I was headed. I was told I could either return to the hotel to collect the item or they would dispose of it.I was already at the airport and unable to go back, and unfortunately the hotel did not offer any delivery options. I had a similar situation at a different hotel a couple of years ago, and they were able to ship the item to me in Tokyo.
The hotel is near Hakata station and likewise walkable to Tenjin or Nakasu area. Facilities are as described - clean and more than sufficient. We especially loved the in-house onsen facility which we use after a day of frolicking.
None really.
Room was nice, comfortable, spacious and super clean. Staff were helpful and kind. Onsen was lovely and had everything you need. Hotel lobby is gorgeous and they provide coffee there as well. Walking distance from everything you'd want to see or do in Fukuoka. Would stay again.
everything was lovely.
Bathroom slide doors that open on 2 ways to allow more light to get through. Sofa on the window side makes the stay very chill , i enjoy to lay over at sofa and gaze over the window.
TV / TV remote -- it could not return to the Hotel info mode after switch to channel mode, so I need to turn off and on the TV in order to get to the Hotel mode to look for information (hot bath status, laundry status, restaurant info, etc. When checking out the hot bath status in Hotel mode, it takes a long time to get in.
The room is nice and comfortable. The location is great too !
I found the layout to be quite inconvenient. The toilet and bathroom are separated by different doors, both located right next to the main entrance. This design leads to privacy issues, as the room and bathroom area are divided by a locked door, but the bathroom itself lacks a designated space for dry clothes and towels and for changing. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower, but there's nowhere to place dry towel and clothes or change comfortably. If you’re getting dressed after a shower, you might find yourself exposed to anyone coming in from outside or using the toilet. Locking the doors to the main entrance or the sleeping area would defeat the purpose of having separate facilities. This seems to be a common issue with new hotels I've visited recently. Many lack proper doors to separate the changing area from the main entrance or toilet, and they often do not provide a dry area for changing clothes. While it might be manageable if you are alone, it becomes problematic when sharing the room with kids or friends.
location was in a quiet area, coffee machine in the lobby, spacious room, new hotel, close to canal city & train station, starbucks and coffee shop on the ground floor, lawsons nearby, lots of parking area nearby, bar on the second floor
The public bath has an iced tub and is very clean, location is wonderful, great access to the finest places in Fukuoka, staff is very polite and helpful, rooms are comfortable with dark out blinds
The gym lacked machines, and the carpet can be cleaner (maybe washed with sanitizing agent)
The Staff is really helpful and responsive. For example, we asked the staff to arrange taxi for us and we can get the taxi quickly. The hotel is new. There is a large shopping mall near the hotel. In addition, there a few convenience stores nearby and a coffee store. Although it is not by the Hakatar JR Station, it only spends not more than 15 mins walk from Hakatar JR Station. There is a Japanese public bath.
The light in the room is too soft sometimes. But I think someone will like a room with soft light. In fact, nothing to complain about the staff and the hotel.
Excellent location, fantastic breakfast. Beautiful onsen. Liked the laundry facility. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.
