Location is nice and not too far away from the station , quiet at night

The location was close to the subway,lawson, restaurants, and shopping centers. I got the room facing the river and the christmas market and it looks really pretty at night. The staff is also nice.

The room was small but should be okay for a solo traveller.

My room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to Tenjin Hakata station and Canal City/Yatai street food stalls. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Best night of sleep so far on this trip. Nice views friendly staff with basic English.

The property is in a great and convenient location, staff are wonderful and helpful and the view of the room and terrace were both enjoyable

Hotel is located in a great area with many tourists spots nearby and also is in a great area for public transportation to pass.As a solo traveler, a single bed room was more than enough, and the AC was very strong and efficient.Also, Mr. Park at the front desk was a great help to me and was very communicative. I would like to thank him for all his help.

The bathroom was just a tad bit too small along with the fridge.

This hotel is in a great spot. Rooms are comfortable with enough space. Ours had a very nice view of the canal and nearby park area. Just a short walk away from the train station, and even closer to interesting river area and evening activities.Staff was helpful in answering questions before we got there and gave us advice on getting to the airport, and called us a cab.

I don't really have any complaints. As a foreigner, I might say English was a bit limited in some of our phone calls about changing nights before we arrived. One can't really make that complaint though, as it's unrealistic to assume everyone everywhere speaks your language.

Great location close to many bars and restaurants and shopping malls.The room was rather big with balcony overlooking a nice park. Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Free coffee available at reception.

Convenience. Close to MRT and restaurants.

The bed was too firm. The position of the bed in the room is awkward and difficult to get on and off for a couple. The person sleeping next to the wall had to climb to the other side of the bed to get off.

Can't beat the location...5-6 minute walk from Tenjin Station and 10-12 minute walk to Hakata Station. If walking is not your thing, there is an entrance to the subway system a couple of minutes away that will take you to both stations in no time. Plenty of shopping and quality restaurants close by...great place as a base station to go on day trips all over Kyushu!!! And by the way...the staff are superb. Very professional and courteous...and despite the language barrier, they try their best to assist you with any request. Thank you Hotel Grandolce Hakata. Aloha from Hawaii.

A crow pecking at our window at all hours of the night, but can't really control that...LOL.

Good location easy to access from Hakata Station

The beds are extremely hard and the shower is so high pressure that it hurts.

Very convenient to metro station and easy to get from Hakata Station and the airport on the metro. The staff are charming and helpful. Very nice lobby area with comfortable couches and free coffee. Good breakfast with enough choices. Very quiet on my floor. I had a view of the canal. Near a main street with 7-eleven and other convenience stores.

The room was small but that tends to be the case in all hotels in Japan. The pillows were awful. They felt like they were filled with hay - maybe they were. The TV in the reception area is turned up loud in the afternoon so I wasn't comfortable sitting in that area.

they have cleansing oil! all sediment are more than satisfied and it's in the middle of everything. surrounded with famous restaurants. easy to access everything. you have two park double you and canal. I don't see anything bad here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The location is perfect for exploring Fukuoka --- lots of museums, shopping, restaurants, and transport nearby. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Bed was a little too hard for me, but normal in Japan. Breakfast was decent, but the eggs could use some more flavour.

The cheap shower curtain that blows around no matter what you do! A few dollars for magnets at the bottom and this problem could be solved. Closing breakfast just after 9 is also too early. Some of your guests would like to sleep in!

They didn't remove rubbish from the room every day. Pillows were hard.
