I dont know why the rate was so high the date I booked. Not holiday, I know the rate is higher on weekend but 170$/ night w/o city tax is crazy

You have to leave from 11am to 3pm. No microwave and kettle.

I ask the staff one question and she was so rude. She understands and speak clear english btw.

The beds were comfortable.

It's a bit noisy at night and early morning. The bidets sometimes didn't work.

Capsule hotel bed was little too firm and hard to my liking, shower and locker room was located in another floor via elevator system, can get loud of people walking about.

There was no breakfast provided at this location as it was a capsule hotel. However there were convenience stores around so you can buy your food and eat it at the lounge.

I wish that I had internet in my capsule. However, I didn't read the fine print and it said that Wi-fi isn't provided in order to help with sleeping, as it is only a sleeping pod. You can get internet anywhere else like the lounge.

Clean and spacious lounge and locker area. Can fit lots of bags inside. The sleeping area is quiet and has convenient plugs for charging including a regular plug and usb.

Very convenient check in. Had some difficulty checking in with the electronic check in, but a worker came to help afterwards.

Great location and facilities. Just a heads up that everything is automated, so unless there is an emergency you won’t be interacting with staff. Everything is pretty straightforward though, just make sure you read all the signs and directions properly.

Convenient location, good facilities, comfortable beds. There's nothing to dislike about the place, especially at the price point. Having stayed at multiple hostels/capsule hotels in the city, this is still the best.

Location is convenient since it’s in walking distance to Hakata station

The capsule: - It doesn’t provide privacy much. It had curtain instead of door, but the light still went through. Plus, there was no soundproofing. If someone had problem in sleeping, they shouldn’t pick this hostel- The bed’s material was cheap, and below it, there was dust. i wonder how they could clean it properly. The hostel:They had 2 floors with around more than 50 beds, but only few shower rooms. When I came back to hostel at 9pm, I felt like everyone was lining up for shower. I gave up and had to wake up early tomorrow to use it. Shower rooms were also in different floors with my bed - it is too inconvenient. They did not keep my luggage after checking out. It was their policy. However, I did not know when I booked it.

Centrally located. Near the Hakata Station and walking distance to Canal City.

Its near Hakata station and malls. Its quite hi-tech and the capsules are quite spacious. They give a bag of towels and extra clothes.

You have to go to another floor to get your stuff and leave your luggages/stuff there. The shower is only in this floor too. Its quite inconvenient but it lessens the mess and noise. The check-in process is all automated but you might need a staff sometimes which they actually have. Some guests are noisy but its a given for capsule hotels like this.

Central location very close to Hakata station, with a bunch of restaurants and plenty of shopping and transport options nearby. The place itself is a lot better than I was expecting - all the spaces are clean and spacious, despite being a capsule hotel, and the interior design feels modern and pleasant to be around. On the 9th floor, where reception is, there is a lounge to hang out, with some nice plants, couches with small tables, as well as a series of seats near a long desk. The elevators for the male and female area are entirely separate and you cannot go in a different one by mistake, since it's connected to your key. One of the floors below will have a shower and locker area to leave all your things, and two of the floors below are capsules. The lockers are definitely big (taller than a person), with a shelf and hangers. You will also receive a bag with pajamas/loungewear, slippers, and several towels, as well as a toothbrush and mini toothpaste. There are several sinks in front of the showers, and the showers themselves are spacious, have different options for a normal showerhead and rain shower, and generally felt very comfortable.The capsules themselves are spacious and well-lit, and definitely comfortable to sleep in. They have a charging socket and the light can be adjusted to be brighter or dimmer, as well as turned off entirely (obviously). There are also bathrooms and sinks on the capsule floors, so you don't have to go up every single time. As far as capsule hotels go, this one definitely has pretty much everything you could possible wish for.

The check-in system feels needlessly complicated and the digital-only payment system malfunctioned a couple of times while I was trying to use it. You need to go up to a screen, take your picture, input your reservation number, and scan your ID, but it seems to have a lot of issues. There is a button to call a staff member and I know I wasn't the only person who struggled because basically whenever I would pass by that area I would see the same staff member helping someone. It would just be a lot more intuitive and a lot faster to have a proper check-in area with an actual human taking care of things, at least as an option. I'm never a fan of digital-only systems because you never know if something will malfunction and leave people with serious problems, but at least there is the possibility to call for someone.

We were impressed with the capsule itself. We loved it because it was roomy and comfortable.

Location is good. Really close to the station and lots of restaurants everywhere. The lounge is spacious.

There were nights when I was awaken by a really loud scream. Never found out was it was. Some guest were also very insensitive and would be loud noises like banging, coughing loudly, talking, etc. If you’re sensitive with noise, I think this kind of hotel isn’t your go to hotel.

Everything are very convienient. Near train station, drug store, 7-11 and many more.

The bed and the pillow are excellent.Overall very clean.

Check in kiosk was a bit complicated.The lounge room was almost full.

Well organized!The capsule bedroom is quite spacious, You will be able to sit upright with space up to the ceiling.The Toilet is fully provided with amenity and had space to place your personal stuff.

If you are staying more than 1 night. The staff will place the bag with new towel and pajamas in your capsule bed, which located in different floor of luggage room and toilet. So you have to go fetch the bag first and then go back up to luggage room and toilet floor. It was a little confused but was not that bad.
