    Very Good

    Based on 235 reviews

    Pros +

    • Very close to Hakata station. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good for train spotting. There’s even a room open 24/7 for train spotting.
    • A bit small rooms but very comfortable! Staff is friendly and it is walkable from the nearest station, which is very comfortable!
    • I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room felt bright thanks to the white lighting, and although it’s listed as 15 m², it actually felt more spacious. The bathroom was surprisingly large, and the staff refreshed the towels, drinking water, slippers, and pajamas regularly, which I really appreciated.

    Cons -

    • The only downside was that the washing machine and dryer were separated, so doing laundry required a bit of back-and-forth.
    • If you are a light sleeper and are sensitive to noise, you might be bothered by the chugging sound of the trains since the hotel is right next to the train tracks.
    • Very small room. No check in before 3pm

The room was exceptionally clean and fairly spacious. We were provided clean towels, coffee, tea, slippers and yukatas everyday. The location was about a quarter mile from the station and most eating establishments.

Location is very ideal. Close to Hakata Station, restaurants and shopping places like Kitte OIOI, Yodobashi Camera where you can buy toys, appliances, electronics, fashion items, cosmetics, sports & outdoor stuff. Rooms, bathrooms, towels are very clean which is most important to me. Overall, I am happy and would consider staying here again.

The location was good, just a few minutes' walk from the station. The staff was very helpful and responsive on the message chat, acting quickly and with a service-minded attitude. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was quite small, it was a standard size for Japan.

Nice location. Although not so easy to find at the beginning. Lots of things are offered at the front desk. So it’s really nice.

Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC

Very small room. No check in before 3pm

Near Hakata station and lots of eating options. Toiletries provided.

    Over priced for small room

    8WinstonPosted on: 7-5-2025

The location was great, being a short walk from the railway station. Breakfast was fine, though variation of food across days would have been better.

The room was a bit noisy (next to the laundry) though I specifically asked for a quiet room.

Tiny but very clean, neat and well equipped room.Bathroom was great and almost half of the total room area.

Tiny room (outside the bathroom). The very small room made it difficult to position cases without creating trip hazards due to narrow hallway. The double bed was only accessible from one side (not the end or the other side), so not ideal for two people.Overlooked the railway so it was a little noisy, but we got used to it quickly. It also faced east with big windows, so it got warm very quickly in the morning.

Very close to the station. Bed was comfortable. The shower and bath were larger compared to other Japanese hotels I stayed at. You can hear the train pass but other than that, very quiet neighbourhood. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Would stay again

Pillows could be better - one was too soft, the other too hard.

    8DanielPosted on: 4-26-2025

The hotel is very convenient near the Hakata Station. Personnel were also very helpful and friendly. Room and shower are clean and spacious.

    10ElvyPosted on: 4-23-2025

Booked without checking all the details and it was a nice surprise for my son who loves trains. The room was directly facing the railway and he could watch the trains and the shinkansen passing by. There was also a dedicated room with train timetable and all the comforts to watch the show. The rooms were clean and good size for Japan, The hotel staff was kind and helpful. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast is very good with a wide spread of japanese and Western food.

The room is very small for a double bedroom where there is not enough space to accommodate 2 standard luggage.

    8AmyPosted on: 4-13-2025

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Other than the scrambled eggs which tasted like made from powder, the rest of the food items were made with attention to taste and texture.

Even room with double bed was too tight for 2 people. Just as the rest of reviewers have pointed out, the bath is a big compensation factor; and the hotel provides bath bombs to have a pleasant soak.

    9PohPosted on: 4-11-2025

It was a lovely stay in the hotel, only 5 mins walking distance from Hakata station. The room size is quite small so it would be hard to open 2 medium size suitcases at the same size, even if you managed to, it's hard to walk around the room. Easy to check in and out with the machine. You could keep your luggage there if you're checking in earlier than expected. Overall, it's a good hotel.

    8JohnPosted on: 4-6-2025

For a typical Japanese single room, the bathroom was impressively spacious, with a separate wet area and sink/makeup area. The sliding door design made the space feel much larger and avoided blocking the room’s main entrance.

The main entrance was a bit confusing — it looked more like an apartment lobby, and the actual hotel lobby is on the second floor.

    8KazuyoPosted on: 4-4-2025

For me it was a bit far from the train station with pulling the luggage. The building is run down and definitely needs some updating. The bed was comfortable. There was a hair on the floor in the shower floor. I enjoyed the spacious shower/ bath room, however. The bathroom and w/c were updated. Overall I did not feel the value for the money.
