    Pros +

    • Appreciated the in-room laundry. Limited spaceBut could get in or out of bed on both sides.
    • Great location, quiet room. The room was very comfortable, with a clever arrangements of appliances, work space. Soft (but not too soft) bed with light switches close to it - such a nice touch! I wish i could stay longer.
    • Room and bed size. Facilities are brand new and it’s easy to tell that everything is high quality

    Cons -

    • nothing -all very good
    • The location is a 7-minute walk from Hakata Station. And roughly 7 minutes to the main thoroughfare where the businesses are too. As long as you have the extra time, this is not a bad option.
    • The wash machine was loud. No coffee.

Room was modest in size, typical of most rooms in Japan. However, the space utilization was optimized to give the traveler best set of options. Room was nicely optimized, especially for business travel although we were there for leisure.

The location is a 7-minute walk from Hakata Station. And roughly 7 minutes to the main thoroughfare where the businesses are too. As long as you have the extra time, this is not a bad option.

Laundry machine (wash and dry). It took 4hours to finish

The wash machine was loud. No coffee.

Good location close to Hakata Station. Room was cozy. Laundry machine in the room was very convenient to have. Coffee and tea and other amenities were free.

Really great hotel, has a good location and they have free coffee and our room even had a washer and dryer!

Only two elevators so it does get busy

The room was comfortable but quite small in size. It was nice to have a washing machine inside the room which really helped. I love the free coffee and amenities offered in the lobby.

The hotel is situated right next to the train track….we had no idea when we booked. All through out the day and night we can hear the train passing by us quite clearly….literally every 5-10mins, yes very frequent. If you are a light sleeper, please take consideration.

Room size good with a small sitting area with two chairs and a mini round table. Plus there is a long bench for laptop and work. They even have a washer and a microwave in the room for use. There are two convenience stores close by within 5 mins walk for drinks and snack.

Hotel location is like 10 mins walk from Hakata station. No cover on the way if it rains. Quiet neighborhood for ladies at night time. Next to a train track so you will hear train running from 6am to 12 midnight. May not be a good choice if you are a light sleeper. No restaurants nearby. You need to walk back to Hakata station for restaurants. No on site restaurant as of now.No coffee machine nor drip coffee supply. Need to go to hotel lobby to grab a coffee in the morning.

Washer/dryer in the hotel room! Short walking distance to the main train station in Fukuoka. Nice, clean building/facilities. Helpful staff.

Walking distance from Hakata Station. There is a Lawson and Family Mart close to the property. Shopping and restaurants around the area.

A welcoming hotel close to Hakata Station and bus from International airport terminal. The room was very comfortable with lots of small details to make one’s stay more comfortable. Highly recommended!!

    Very convient location, fast checkin

Our room was quite small, but I guess this is the general situation in Japan. Nothing against the hotel :)

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect just a short walk from the Hakata station and right next to a convenience store, which made everything super convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They kindly stored our luggage before check-in, which was a big help, and the laundry facilities came in handy during our stay. We also really appreciated the small touches like complimentary coffee, umbrellas available for guests, and even ice!Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We'll definitely be back!

The washer/dryer was a really nice surprise! The room had a microwave, hot pot. Beds were comfortable, but you could hear the trains - although it didn't bother us much. Our room was right next to the elevator - but surprise! You couldn't hear it at all. Free coffee and hot water in the lobby along with a plethora of amenities, if you needed any.

The room was small. We thought we booked a bigger room, but oh well, we didn't stay much in the room and it was only for two nights. Hospitality was meh - no smiles as we walked in our out of the hotel. Felt more like a dorm. Also the walk to and from the train station was longer than I thought it would be.

Near the train station I love that I can do laundry There is a convenience store near (3min walk) Very comfortable bed compared to other hotels

    Clean and modern.

I do not recommend the breakfast. We stayed for eight nights and the breakfast menu never changed. The food was average at best. On several occasions the fish was overcooked and dry. The miso soup was typically only a quarter full and the mini sausages were cut in half making them dry out if they were sitting on the grill for awhile. I’ve visited Japan numerous times and this was the first time I was truly disappointed with breakfast. I think the front desk staff could use more training in customer service. Rarely did they greet us as we walked in and out which I found unusual for a Japan hotel. Also, it would be helpful if they used the language translator since most appeared to speak limited English. We used our translator but their reply was usually in Japanese. The staff was pleasant but not seasoned. I do not enjoy leaving poor ratings but I believe the hotel needs feedback to improve. The facility is very nice and clean. I feel a few tweaks would make a huge difference.

Clean small room, has washer, great for solo traveller. Would be cosy with multiple people.5 minute walk to Hakata station entrance.3 minute walk to Yodabashi Camera.30 second walk to Lawson.Licca - she was waiting for me everytime i came back to my room. We shared a lot of time together. She showed me how to cook culinary delights with the microwave and kettle. I miss Licca already.

The room safe is top opening type - cannot fit larger items such as mirrorless camera / lenses etc.Despite some instructions provided, using google translate, and taking some Japanese lessons before my trip - I still have no idea if the washing machine can do a gentle/slow spin, so expect clothes to get stretched.Only place to hang clothes is on a rod close to the wall, which makes it hard to dry clothes when they hang flat against each other. No coffee. But 1000s of packets of tea available in lobby.Couldn't open my blinds as the room looked directly into the vocational college next door. I could see students sitting at their desks just 4 metres away. Hope they couldn't see me through the blinds.

It is very close to the Hakata station, very friendly staff and love the convenience to have a laundry in our room

Some family members found it is noisy in the morning because it is close to the train track

    10LynnPosted on: 5-15-2025

Good location-about 5-7 minutes to Hakata Station. Great breakfast but mostly Japanese which was fine for us. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was outstanding.

The room was a little small for two but we’re returning in a few days and we ordered a larger room. Typical Japan sized room so this is not a complaint.
