    Pros +

    • I have never heard of this brand before and honestly I checked in with no expectation (except for the usual small Japanese hotel room). Even though the room isn't big since there were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids), I was pleasantly surprised that they fitted in a massage chair in the room that was great after a long day walk. The other thing that impressed me was breakfast. Having sashimi bowls, sukiyaki, etc as part of the buffet was awesome! Even my 2 fussy young kids were able to have a good full breakfast to start their days.
    • Good location, especially for the new year eve. Coz there are two very important temples there which just walk 1 minutes there. You can knock the bell of new year and pray for the new year.
    • Got the room that was bigger than the basic one and it was perfect as our homebase in Fukuoka. Great location, walking distance to Tenjin and a few minutes stroll to Canal City!

    Cons -

    • The size of the room can probably be bigger for 4 people. There was hardly any space to open up the luggage. Maybe the hotel can consider removing some furniture from the room (NOT the massage chair!).
    • Room quit small
    • No view. In between buildings.

Breakfast was very good. So many good choices to choose from. It started the day on a great note.

There were 2 staff at reception who wasn’t welcoming when we checked in. She didn’t smile nor greeted us. But all the other staff were very friendly.

    10TinioPosted on: 3-17-2025

The whole stay was great! The location was just a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle but just a bit far that it’s relatively quiet the whole day.

The pillows were a bit lumpy and hard.

location is good, room is bigger than normal japan hotel, bathroom is big, staff are very polite and helpful.

    a bit expensive

    9WalterPosted on: 2-25-2025

Bathroom had separate tub and shower. Headboard had outlets on both sides. Headboard had extended space on one side.

Closet had suspicious looking black stain at top where door closed.

location is good close to station

.breakfast is poor and no shower cap available

    10LaraPosted on: 1-2-2025

The location is accessible to train and malls. The staff are all accommodating and friendly. The amenities like coffee, skin products ,hair oil are added bonus.

The location which was close to subway / train stations. Plus walking distance to Canal City and the river walks. The room was spacious for Japan standard As with every hotel in Japan, they assisted with luggage transfers arrangement.

    9SuvimonPosted on: 12-5-2024

Location was ideal, just about 200 meters from Gion subway station (easy access to/from Fukuoka Airport), plus there is a Family Mart and Max Value within very close proximity. Walking to Hakata and Tenjin is also possible. The room was spacious (by Japanese standards)and very comfortable. I had a restful night here. The bed/mattress/pillows were just the right firmness, offering ideal comfort.

Actually I didn’t have any negative experience here at all.

    6HatairatPosted on: 12-3-2024

The staff is so lovely. The bed and pillow is very good.

    Very expensive, not worth it.

    9SkyPosted on: 12-1-2024

staff was really nice and without saying anything handed me my pre-delivered luggage;location is alright, metro close by and most is walkable;the bathroom has a rain shower, which is a nice touch in addition to the tub;check out was simple via the self check out terminal

at the time we were traveling it was a bit on the pricier side for what it was;carpet in the room - just why?

    8Marin_lPosted on: 11-21-2024

    1. The staff is friendly. We arrive a little eariler than the check-in time. But since there is one room available at that time, we checked in in advance.2. The room is small (as our expectation) but fully equipped, and clean.3. The location is quite good. It is convienient to go to the tourist points and shopping place.

    8BahaPosted on: 11-11-2024

Easy check in and check out.Clean facility and easily accessible for quick stays.

Room is on the smaller side.
