Hotel Forza Hakata-Guchi

A very typical beautiq hotel but this location (there's another location nearby) was built in 2017; obviously it's very clean and unexpected amenities such as an electrical massage chair in room, and an ipad.

Room are clean and bit more spacious than others , staff was great, provide breakfast, near Hakata station and shopping.

The laundry drying machine did not ventilate outside.

Very good location. Nice staffs.

Not too clean. The cleaning lady forgot the trash bag on the table, meaning she didn't check again before leaving the room.

The location is very near to the Hakata station but not too close to feel the business of the station. Convenient store is already at the corner of the block where you can also hail taxi easily. It is a very practical place for those who want to have quick access to everything.Unlimited coffee at the lobby

I can hear some steps and noises from other apartment or outside. For people with sensitive hearing, i recommend some music or earmuff/plugs.

Location, staff and most of the facilities.

The bed is too soft.

The hotel is close to the train station. Coin operated laundry room is a plus!

The room was small.

Just comfortable staying in Forza hotels because of my usual experience at Kitahama, Osaka. But this place is much older

Convenient location close to Hakata station & nearby 7-Eleven ! Clean hotel.Small room typical for Japanese urban standard .

Very nice property right next to the Hiroshima Train Station. Helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable accommodations.

Clean, cozy, nice desk, modern. Walking distance (30 minutes) to ferry to Korea. Very close to shinkansen train station.

Room was a little stuffy when I arrived, but I ran the air purifier and opened the window and resolved the issue.

location is good

it wasn't too clean and staff was not too friendly

Convenient location to hakata station

Funny odor in lobby and he n the room. Room is excessively small, long line to check in or check out.

The location is the best with only 5 minutes walking from hakata station and everything is nearby (7-11, Lawson, bus stop, train, resto). The foreign female staff at the front is very kind and helpful. I couldn't unlock my luggage because I forgot the key at home and she tried hard to find a way to cut the lock. Other staffs are very polite and speak English well. Room is quite big compared to other cities hotel in the city center and it's not too pricey. Massage chair in the room helps me a lot after walking many hours in each day.

The cleanliness of this hotel is not so good. In the first night I found a sticker in Japanese language sticks inside the duvet. And I asked to clean my room every day, but on the second day I found the nozzle in the toilet had some black stain on it so I'm afraid to use that function in a toilet for another 3 days.

Like the location, 5-8 mins walk to Hakata station.

The room is very moist and humid, if u hang clothes on the wall the next day becoming damp, the a/c will not dehumidify the air inside the room.

Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The room had a slightly dingy smell, but the massage chair inside the room made up for it!

The location is right at Hakata Station with a convenience store right next to it. Rooms are more spacious than usual and the best thing was the massage chair inside the room, I used it every day!The breakfast was surprisingly good as well !

Great location, very helpful staff, good amenities and clean.

Nothing, it was great

Amazing hotel, 2 mn from the train station. Comfortable room. Great breakfast

The location was very good. Very near to Hakata station and convenient stores. Just a few minutes from the Tenjin underground shopping street. The room was big enough for two. Very new room with clean bathroom.

The price of the hotel was quite high but it was worth it.

Good location, cleanliness & value for money.
