The hotel provided free bottles of water and you can order more.

Although the free drinks and snacks were appreciated, I did not appreciate it when they stopped us from removing a small cup of soda from the lounge area. We wanted to enjoy a drink and small snacks in our room and was told that it is not allowed.

Everything was amazing from hospitality, to cleanliness, to comfortability. The massage chair in the room was a huge bonus. Being from Hawaii, being by the ocean just felt natural

The staffs were all very kind & polite. Each room had stunning sea view. The bed was comfortable. Shower room also good!

The room were very spacious, great view of the Harbour, and breakfast served at the room. There is a lounge with free food and drinks.Staff were very helpful and polite. This was the best hotel in my trip to Japan.

Property exterior painting & interior carpet needs major upgrade. All stores around were closed. In fact, the entire mall next to the resort was out of business.

The hotel staff was very nice, even the Halloween decorations and events were very charming. The view of the upper levels is really great.

The hotel is a bit old and run down looking - carpets are worn out and wallpaper yellowed. Location is far from anything. There used to be an outlet mall next door but it went out of business this year. There are no restaurants or shops nearby so you really need a car to get anywhere. Internet barely worked so it was impossible to get any work done.

Quiet location with a beautiful sunrise view. Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful.

If you don't drive, maybe quite hard to get to downtown Hakata.

This hotel has a great view and is in a nice area. It was clean.

The property is dated. It is also a long way from anything.

Room was very clean, bathroom amenities were more than expectation. We enjoyed the balcony with sea view. Breakfast was served in our room. We are vegetarian, thank you staff and chef make special arrangement for us.

TV with limited channel, it will be perfect if Smart TV available.

they bring your breakfast to your hotel room. I personally like buffet better. But still, the breakfast was nice. Getting to the city center by bus takes a while. Depending on the time you need to walk a bit to the next bus stop.

The location is very good for being on a sailing port, meaning many all or most of the rooms overlook a sailing ships port. You also have a mall next door with Japanese BBQ, sushi, and ramen restaurants as well as even Italian style places. Village Vanguard is a very good shop to visit with kids too.

The breakfast in-room and evening dining was delivered promptly but you'd be better off dining out.

Distance from everything else is a bit far but there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the central area (Hakta Gion and Tenjin) in about 40 minutes!

Staff were excellent each time we interacted, helped call taxis, etc and provided top notch customer service. The view was great and room was comfortable, much larger than others we stayed in during our trip.

The location was pretty far from everything, even though it was expected. Would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle service to/from Hakata station. We ended up taking a taxi everyday, though it wasn't as expensive as doing so in a larger city like Tokyo.

Excellent location to take some break from the city. Great connection to the airport with K Airport Line. Amazing view, with great sunset. Including bath with the same mesmerising view from the window.

Big room with nice view. All staff are so nice, they prepare the birthday snack and some craft paper in the room for my little daughter.For the lounge, kid is not allowed to enter after 9pm.9pm-11pm for adult only.For the first day when we arrived hotel for check in was about 9:30pm, my little daughter was upset coz she noted that she could not walk around in the lounge. The staff noticed about that, he got some donuts and candies from the lounge and gave it to my kid, we felt so warm and so much appreciated how they care the feeling of the guests.

No restaurant in the facility.Somewhat antiquated, still using actual keys for safe and room, and small toilet room.

Touristy, which is ok. Not close to public transportation.
