KOKO HOTEL Hakata Station

It was a very nice hotel to stay in. It was walking distance to the train station. The staff was very helpful. We had train to go early morning so they let us take a breakfast to go. The hotel have a washer and dryer it was a big help for us to do a laundry.

Property is really nice and has a unique look, clean, bigger bathroom, and has enough space for luggage. And the location is walking distance to hakata station.

The location was very convenient (a few minutes walk) to Hakata station as well as to the Toyota Rental car station where we had to drop off our rental car. The hotel room we had booked was large and clean although the decor was a bit old.

stayed in this hotel in previous days and they were so good in allowing us to keep several suitcases with them while we were away. that's awesome gesture. they were also very organized and already realized we would come back so they had all the paperwork ready, making our second check-in much faster

Bad smell in the bathroom and dirty room. Full of dust on the wall, old and dirty carpet.

So close to Hakata Station. Good sized ropms that were clean.

Location: It's a 5 minutes walk to Hakata station making it convenient to go anywhere. 7-11 is just downstairs, so you can buy anything you need anytimeSize of the room: By Japan standards, the room for a family of 3 is BIG. Made is very easy for us to pack and chill (yes, slow and chill travellers here) in the room. 2 big single seater sofa chairs are rare in hotels these days. Shower: the shower pressure is very strong. This makes the bath very pleasant. Laundry: Washing machine and dryer is free. Just need to get the detergent from the reception at 50 yen per pack.

Laundry: There is no timer on the dryer. Leaves you wondering when the dryer will finish. would have preferred one that told you how long it would take. Age: The room is a little old. Damage here and there on the furniture. There was a power point that wasn't working.Fridge: can't keep ice cream. more of a cooler than a fridge.

Very good location, there are laundry rooms for free, just the cost of the detergent. The don't clean the rooms every day but you leave the towels and the garbage outside the door and they change them.There is a massage chair in the room.The room wasn't large.

Good hotel for the money, REALLY well located!! Every tour in Town start from 1 block away! Clean facilities.

Location near train station; breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. Rooms were quite spacious and roomy. Towel and cleaning schedule worked out well. Refrigerator and amenities met our needs.

Could have used a couple of drawers.

Location was very close to the Hakata station. 7-11 was downstairs, close to lots of restaurants.

It's a nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Bed was ok, comfy, pillows could be a bit more comfortable, but it was ok. Location is perfect, so near the Hakata Station esp if you're traveling by train, taking Klook tours, etc. Airport bus from intl terminal also stops at Hakati Station. Just cross the street, walk 2 small blocks and reach hotel. Front desk staff was polite and helpful, we had to keep luggages and they took good care of them. I also like the floor we were in had a water station, ice station and vending machine.

I would love the pillows to be more comfortable. It's a bit hard for my liking. And flattens too easily. Maybe offer some alternatives. the Amenities at the front desk and lobby were nice but front desk forgot to tell my friend about them, she checked in later than me. Also they didn't tell us about the room wifi, we were connected to the general hotel wifi which was a bit slow and sometimes won't connect

The hotel is striving to be more sustainable by allowing customers to grab what they need from the lobby (i.e. slippers, face wash, combs, etc.).The hotel room is a very standard and semi-spacious which met our expectations and needs.There is a washer/dryer that customers can use for free.

There was a slight cigarette smell lingering in the hallway air, but it was NOT in our room.

Very centrally located, 5mins walk from Hakata station. The room was a perfect size for two people, providing just the right amount of space to feel comfortable. The location was excellent, 5mins walk from Hakata station. The hotel itself was clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
