Toyoko Inn Nishitetsu Kurume eki Higashi guchi

Friendly staff and the breakfast is included. Clean room with basic amenities. Good value and close to a train station (not JR). There is a supermarket right across and has everything you need.

The room is outdated. Not close to JR station (need to transfer to a bus).

Clean and good breakfast meal

Air conditioning is slow to effect

Very near to train station that also houses eateries and a supermarket. Reasonable overnight parking at 500Yen. Very clean room, simple and functional.

Breakfast could have been more appealing (onigiri is served daily)

Large room, quiet location.

Bit too far from the Kurume station.

Poor

Why no refund the breakfast fee?Breakfast construction and just provided 7 eleven rice roll

I like the extra amenities that were available in the lobby such as toothbrush and razor. The check in process was a little confusing because of the machine. It was difficult for first time guests like myself to figure it out.

Having an included breakfast was appreciated, the variety was disappointing. The smell of cigarette smoke near the elevator was annoying. The beds were hard. The front desk experience was impersonal because of the use of the machine for check in and check out.

Well.. More cons than pros..If staff wouldn't be eager to help.. Stay would be difficult to bear.

First was hard to find car park and organise luggage. Then check in was through machine (bad idea.. Who has time for this ?) staff was very helpful but language barrier didn't allow to book a car on hotel car park..I was saying about car to park, girl in reception thought no car to park in hotel.. Ah, we had to find other place to leave a car on outside parking.. Anyway finally we landed in a rooms which were OK..Morning was again bad surprise.. Only few kind of rise balls like sushi and some 2..3 soups..If u don't like sushi.. U stay hungry ?We didn't eat breakfast at all..Unfortunately we won't miss this place.. Sorry..

Staff very kind, great location nearby train station, restaurants and convenient stores.

Automatic check in, reception staff were there if there was any problem. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Wifi good and secure. Close to lots of shops and restaurants, and a short 10 minute walk to the Ishibashi cultural park. The staff were very helpful.

Nothing stood out.

Staff is gentle, room was clean and convenient, breakfast was good

Only 2 laundry machine (1 was down) for the whole hotelThe bed was a little bit hard

Small but OK

No salmon serve again after the first lot at 6.30 am.

Good position, clean room, good value

Room a little too small, some more space for storing luggage would be better

Convenient location only a few minutes on foot from Nishitetsu Kurume station. Very good access to public transport. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was somewhat loud (especially the AC). Due to the short distance to the station, there were regular train sounds and the station-side rooms never got really dark.

This a typical business hotel with a great value. The breakfast has a very low rate in booking reviews, but I found it good.

Cleaness and facilities.

very good staff and room, nice breakfast, close to nishitetsu station but far from JR (need to take the bus)

nice location

the incharge at the counrer the lady and the genleman last February 22, 2023, Wednesday they ignored me even though i’m in a hurry situation.

Bed

Very cheap. And Clean

Great location, if you find yourself in Kurume

All was ok

I didn’t like the impersonal check in, using a machine to check in and out.
