Toyoko Inn Hakata-eki Bus Terminal Mae

Reception is very helpful as this is the 1st time for me to stay in Toyoko-inn. Location very close to Hakata station.

Breakfast choice is limited to mostly rice balls, so not very friendly to non-Japanese travellers.

Good location, close to train and bus stations

Don't accept luggage storage for more than 1 night.We checked in on December 26th and checked out on December 29th and planned to stay here again on December 30th for another 3 nights, but the hotel does not deposit 2 large bags. We understand that this is the policy, but we are disappointed.

Location is very close to Hakata station and bus terminal, room is clean and staff are friendly.

Breakfast selections are rather limited compared to other Toyoko Inn hotels, just seaweed onigiri and juices.

Great location near Hakata Bus Terminal and Hakata Station, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel offers all the essential amenities for both leisure and business stays. The room size was pleasantly larger than I expected, adding extra comfort to the stay. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Room was definitely much better than most toyoko inn. Among the best rooms for business hotels in terms of space utilisation. Room size feels comfortable. Good pillow.

Toilet bowl size a bit small to sit on. Only 1 lift (but always managed to get on even at peak).

They didn’t have much space for parking and all spots were taken even checking in before 4 pm. There is no parking that has connection to the hotel. So there was no choice to but to park the car at the car park next to the hotel. I paid 2700 yen. I discount whatsoever

Told at the counter that there was a 200 yen surcharge on all customers imposed by the local government tp encourage visitors to the city. This tax should not be applied to foreign visitors but local or other Japanese visitors. The staff were placed in a awkward position to try and explain the reason Al

Hotel is close to public transport and has good facilities, the rooms are tidy and well maintained.

The beds and pillows were quite hard.

The bed was harder than what I was used to but not a deal breaker.

No complaints. What a joke, after we check in hotel, went out for shopping etc , came back to hotel and cannot open the door. Check with reception staff, what a joke we came to the wrong Tokyo inn Hotel. I think Hotel should consider change name to Tokyo Inn No 1 or No 2
