Breakfast
Location. Good bar, very good bartender on the 17th floor.
Restaurant (breakfast, dinner) disappointing. English-speaking staff is rare, particularly at the restaurant.
The location. Shopping, food and transport all within walking distance from the hotel.
Improvements on housekeeping. Clothes hanger and items left behind by the previous guest were under the sofa bed.
Well located
For the price paid, the room felt in need refurbishing and room has a musty smell, probably due to the carpeting. Bed was too soft, personal preference.
Location is perfect. Next to subway. Easy access from airport. Easy access to Nakasu Island, Canal City, and Hakata Old Town.
The location, amenities and the people (staff)
Maybe mote English speaking employees?
Great locationClose to everything
We requested non smoking room but there is still smoke in the corridor
It was discovered when checking in there was a double booking and the staff without question or hesitation cancelled the second reservation and reversed the charges on my credit card as this was prepaid. The fault of this lies with Booking.com. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service alone. Great stay made even more pleasurable by a well trained and accommodating staff. Par excellence!
Nothing, it could not have been improved upon in any aspect.
Clean and modern.Excellent location.Staff was great.
room is clean and tidy. Although it's a little bit small, means I can't properly open my luggage at room, overall is good stay.
Great location, very close to the shopping area and just above the underground mall. Metro station access is just outside the entrance.
It was not as clean as expected according to Japanese standards, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though the room was designated for non-smokers.
Location, size, cleanliness
Staff wasn't fluent in English.
Location! The hotel was attached to shops and restaurants.
The room could have been bigger, but it's pretty standard for a hotel in Japan. Otherwise, it was a nice, comfortable stay.
Everything was great. The hotel doesn't have a coin laundry but that doesn't matter. The place is in a great location. We loved our room. It was beautifully designed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend the Solaria Nishitetsu Fukuoka. We would definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff , great location , clean rooms
No English TV channels like BBC or CNN . Even NHK world would have been good . All channels were Japanese only .
Location, staffs service mind, clean rooms, good breakfast
Smoking rooms and non smoking rooms on the same floor… once step off the elevator, you can smell the cigarette odor right away… I was lucky to have room further away so there were no problem
location, spacious room.
