Hakata Green Hotel Annex

Convenient! The hotel is so close to Hakata train station and the bus terminal. A ton of shops and restaurants in/around the station. In addition, there is a convenient store in the hotel! The hotel is modern, new, and clean. We were pleased.

Super clean, bright room, adjustable lights, big table, friendly staff, laundry clothes are dry after 1 cycle , no need extra 30 mins drying.

Laundry room smells smokes and hot.

Location is about 2 min walk from Hakata Station West Exit if you take subway from airport to Hakata Station. You can take airport bus directly to arrive at Hakata Station bus stop too. Hotel is within 5 mins walking distance.There is a Family Mart convenient store downstair from snack, drink and amenities. Tons of eateries nearby.

Just a suggestion for environmentally friendly purpose. Not complain. If no room cleaning needed but just to replace amenities, please allow guest to choose from bottle of water, coffee or tea to new towels and new toothbrush etc. No need to replace everything. For example, I got new towels and new toothbrush and razor everyday which I don't need. But no bottle of water. End up I have 3 bags of amenities in my room until I check out after 5 days stay.

Close to Hakata station with lots of shopping and restaurants. Perfect location for a first time visitor.

Friendly staff,clean room & close to train station

Excellent location, with a Family Mart attached to the 1st floor lobby. Hotel received our luggage delivered by Yamato transport, thankful for that. Check in/check out done through machines, which was generally alright though a little slow. Staff were friendly and cleaning service good.

Toilet had a slightly musty smell.

The property is spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was great.

I thought that the breakfast was too expensive for what was offered.

Hakata Green Hotel Annex is a great functional hotel, very conveniently located at Hakata main station. This is the perfect choice if you intend to go around town and then take a train out of the city into the Kyushu island. The restaurant at the second floor is great if you want to try the local specialty "motsunabe", and all ways of drinking shochu.

I had a problem finding my name in the check-in machines, but hotel staff helped me

Hotel is by the side of Hakata station. Excellent location if you need to do shopping, eating out or to do side trip to other cities by subway, train or high-speed train. You can reach hotel by airport bus [ need a bit waking from bus station in Hakata to hotel ] or by airport subway [ need to take shuttle bus from international airport building to domestic airport building to catch subway]. Only two stops from airport station to Hakata station. Fridge even with a freezer. Room size is spacious for solo traveler with a double bed, a working table with a lot of charging port including USB ports. You still have room to open up a suitcase. Family Mart is downstair for you to buy drinks and snack.

Just a suggestion.Allow guests to leave garbage outside room every morning for pick up even no room cleaning is needed.Also allow guests to choose item to replace. For example, I don't need clean towel every day but I only need to replenish amenities like tea, coffee, bottle water etc. This can help to save environment.

The room was nice and clean, except for some old stains on the carpet. Cleaning during my stay was good. Both AC and heating in the room was efficient.Staff at the front desk were welcoming and english speaking. There was a security guard there at night.The coin laundry worked very well and I saw staff clean the machines regularly. The location is good, just a 2min walk from Chikushi Gate at Hakata Station. There are plenty of restaurants at the station and in the area. I would stay here again.

Pillows, too soft and flat. Spot light above desk unable to turn off, could only dim.

Location was excellent. It's a 2 minute walk after exiting the train station. There are many restaurants along the road and there are 2 Family mart and 1 Lawson. It is also just beside the usual gathering/meet up location for day trips so it is very convenient.

I booked a no-view room and hence have no view at all. If you wish to have a view, you need to take note of it.

They could be more green. Everytime they clean my room they will throw away my disposable slippers which could definitely be worn for quite a few days.
