The Royal Park Canvas Fukuoka Nakasu

Friendly staff that will do their best to answer all your questions and concerns.

Limited laundromat services available. Very few machines for the size of the business.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast meals are fantastic.

For the size of the hotel, they offer VERY limited laundromat services, unfortunately. There are three machines for the entire hotel. Additionally, though the machine can launder AND dry your clothes, the drying is rather underwhelming.

Fantastic in every way! Easy check in and check out, friendly staff, amazing amenities like the public bath, lounge, and bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious and clean. Would totally stay here again.

The final payment of 177,885 exceeded the rate listed 175,185 yen by Booking.com.

Did not like that the price quoted by booking.com did not match the final payment requested by Royal Park Canvas Fukuoka Nakasu. It far exceeded it.We would request an answer to why?

Location is good. Near metro station and donki.

Housekeeping could improve. Room was dusty. Bathroom floors were not vacuumed.

Loved the design, cleanliness and layout

The rooms & hallways were too dark

Very nice staff.Token for drinks and snacks.

The room was smaller than expected. No wardrobe

Cleanliness of the hotel, good location, bathroom with separate bath and toilet.

Elevators too slow.

It is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and shopping malls.

The furniture definitely has seen its better days. For a four star hotel, it doesn’t meet my expectations. The size of the room and the furniture in the room won’t qualify this property for a 4 star hotel.

The location was great, convenient to many sights, easy walking distance of most everything. The room though small, was functional and nicely decorated. Great staff, very helpful in finding us great reservations for dinner!

Spacious room, nice location and relaxing in their public bath was amazing

Cofee could be available earlier since none was available in the room but this is a small complaint

The Royal Park Canvas Hotel does not disappoint. Staff (Papa) was very helpful when we required an additional room. Very reliable and professional. We always felt safe and looked after but not intrusive.

I had dust allergies - not sure if it was because of a cotton decor or the carpet. It just felt a little dustier than usual.

Location, corner room with excellent view over river. Common areas including lanai encourage mingling and relaxing.

Rooms on smaller size for the price, no storage spaces and inconvenient for luggage storage in the room.

Good location, good facilities, hot bath

It’s pretty much self served, cannot ask for help to make table reservations etc, the pillow is too soft

The location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The public hot bath was also excellent!

The staff could have been more helpful, especially in the restaurant, where they came across as a bit rude and impatient with arriving customers. Unfortunately, it left a bad impression.

The lighting was a mix of dark and far too harsh. The breakfast was just ok and had no fresh fruit.

King room with a view was very spacious, clean and perfect for a first few nights stay. The location is great with nearby shopping and eating areas and easy transport links, We didn't eat in the restaurant but got the 'morning box' breakfast delivery which was a nice assortment of hour and cold items. Very good coffee from the amenities station in the lobby. If you have kids check out the Anpanman children's museum across the way!

The location of the hotel was incredible. Slightly tucked away from the busier city center, but all within close walking distance. My family had an amazing time, and the hotel is so beautiful and luxe for the value.

Good Location.

Rooms appear worn and ammenities overused.

Friendly staff. Nice view of the river. Good location. There's a public bath. Loved the free ice pops.

Rate is quite expensive during the weekend.
