The room is spacious and clean. The Japanese style bathroom was very nice. The pool is big.

Great breakfast and large room

The air conditioning didn’t work. I mentioned it to the staff every day for three days, and they always said it would be fixed but it never was. Fortunately it was not too hot as it was early June.

Location was good, close to Mark is, Nishijin shopping street.And you have kitchen and big bathroom.

The bed was little too hard, but it was okay to sleep on it.

A little off the beaten track, but we knew that. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted space and the ability to cook, and it delivered that.

The place is quite old, and some of the furniture somewhat shabby. The toilet was in the same area as the wash basin, so only one person could use the room at a time, but it was OK.

Lots of space in our room. Our room was a small apartment. We liked having the washer/ dryer in our room. Although we couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer part. It’s was a “all on one” washer/dryer in 1 tub. Just hung our clothes to dry. Convenient. Short walk to center of town & subway station.

Very hard to find parking area.

Location is great - pool a big draw with kids.as was so hot. Only ate lunch at the pool and it was nice. Washing machine in room was fantastic. Close to subway another big draw.

Pillows are hard as rocks

Rooms were large. By mistake we booked smoker rooms, fortunately we were able to switch 1 room. Staff was flexible with that.

It’s outdated. Clean but old. We booked it for the swimming pool, but we were unaware that it would require (excessive) charges. Our plan to swim after our day trips didn’t work out.

Apartment was spacious. Amenities were provided 'free flow' the the front desk and you could help yourself to things like bath salt, green tea and coffee sachets.

Furniture in Tower 1 was dated. Guests were reminded to park in their official carpark which was located behind the building, but the charges were exorbitant! I paid 3000Yen for less than 1 hour 15 mins of parking. There are a few free parking lots in front of the hotel but they are meant for the patronising customers or the nearby shops. Suggest for one person to handle the check in process while the other(s) stay in the car to wait in the front of the hotel.

A very nice area for shopping, beaches, and tourism, at an excellent price. Included kitchen would be good if I were staying longer.

The photos didn't do much to warn me how outdated the hotel is. Very, very 1980s. Both the room and the buildings are so faded, run-down and retro it actually made me laugh. In the future I'll be more careful looking at the pictures.

It was great to stay in such spacious rooms and to have European style beds for everyone, a sofa and chairs to sit on and clear glass in the windows so we could see the outdoors and enjoy the cityscape. We enjoyed a couple of set menu dinners at the restaurant.

As many others have commented the decor and layout are tired. The kitchen area included a clothes washer dryer but strangely not a plate, cutlery or any other utensils.

The suite was spacious. The bathroom was the biggest of all the hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in and out was very helpful. The location is in the vicinity of a shopping mall and departmental store, which would be convenient for visitors who stay for days.

Excellent location near Fukuoka tower; with the affordable, well-maintained rental bicycles of the hotel excursions along the beautiful coast are easy. Spacious room comes with washing machine and kitchen.

The kitchen has aside from two cups and a microwave no further equipment; these can be only be rented with additional costs.

The hotel offered excellent room size and we enjoyed the location close to public transport, dome and beach. The mini kitchen and Lawson's downstairs were very helpful traveling as a family.

Unfortunately the pool was under renovation when we were there.

Nice staff and nice location close to the beach. Very spacious.

Difficult to get into town. The facilities were not included. Rougher furniture which could use a refurbishing. Cleaning not available everyday.Overall a bit disappointing especially with the pool situation which was a fee of 3500 yen per day to use.

How it was so far from down town and the pool was not available for the kids to use. The breakfast was also not good and expensive

Area to cook if needed

No plates or utensils to eat food with , asked at reception and there was a charge !

whole apartment to yourself with balcony. so spacious , bed and pillow a bit too firm for me , but slept ok.

. only drawback I found , they give you a kitchen but no utensils at all !!!only 2 coffee cups and two glasses and a tray !!! no cutlery or plates! you have to rent these and pay for them. breakfast we had a look first, not much fruit but pictures showed different

What a good location!It was close to Momochi Beach& tower and the restaurant alley nearby the university on foot.Just walking around the neighborhood was so much joyful and fully recommend to taking a walk crossing the river bridge to Ezo mall area.It was really beautiful with the full moon at night.The entire neighborhood was very clean and pretty.

The ac at room was not cool and dry enough for us and the mattresses were too hard.It would be better to have nice pillows at least but they were not that good either.
