The location was close to the heart of where everything was going on, thus it was very noisy. Also not very close to any subway station.
The facility was extremely dirty and needed much updating. The carpets running through the hotel were disgusting and there was marks all over the walls and curtains. I checked in for about 20 minutes, if that, and then immediately checked out. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there. Other reviews speak of cochroaches in their room, which I could see considering they only service the room once during your stay. Which is quite ridiculous considering the price per night (for my stay at least) was around 186 USD. There is way nicer places to stay in the area if you are willing to pay slightly more (considering cleanliness) its worth it.
Decent and located at very centre of Nakasu without breaking the bank.The hotel serve snacks and japanese tea between 3pm to 10pm daily for the staying guests. The hotel even provide the bath salt for the guests.
Due to shortage of staffs, the hotel only provide ONE (1) full room makeup for the 6 nights stay there. However, they will still provide new towels and water bottles daily. It would be perfect if the hotel can provide enough manpower for the housekeeping daily.

We booked a room for 3 people. The room has 3 twin beds and a sitting area. The room is very spacious and has separate bath/shower, toilet and sink which make it easy for all 3 of us to get ready.

Bed was very hard
we liked the location of the hotel and room size which gave us enough room to open up our luggages, the bathroom is also nice and big. The front desk staff are also approachable and can speak english. There is also a nice waiting area outside the hotel.
the room cleaning was only done once during our 6 days stay. We were asked to choose the specific date on when the cleaning will be done. They replaced our towels and emptied our room trash daily so overall it's fine.hotel doesn't offer the service of leaving your luggages after check out. They do have a coin locker though. We have 3 extra large luggage which can not fit the locker, the front desk staff was kind enough to allow us to leave them for safe keeping while we wait for our airport service.
Good location except you can often hear Karaoke at night. Sunday it went on to after 2.00am.Decoration very beige and brown and most rooms have tiny windows so it’s not very uplifting. Ok if you are out all day.Cleaning once in 7 days stay. Rubbish collected daily, towels changed daily. Laundry room useful.Staff helpful.

A very modern and chic hotel. We were greeted with tea and a delectable dessert in the lobby. Check-in was automated, and very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom including a separate bath. Breakfast was next door at the Il Palazzo, a modern and spectacular setting. It is also easily accessible to Canal City, a huge shopping complex.

Big rooms and clean
Booked through booking.com which did not state that the room was only for 2 adults maximum. I bought my helper along and we couldn’t stay in the same room even though the deluxe room that we booked was 46m2 and had two double beds! Was forced to book another room on the spot. Very upset with that.
Lovely hotel close to Hakata. The staff was helpful in finding a restaurant reservation for us. The little welcome food available everyday is a nice touch.
