Dukes Hotel Hakata

The location wise is situated close to Hakata station and bus stops, and also close to numerous konbinis/shops

Some parts were a little dirty (sink)

Convenient to Hakata station and street food. The breakfast was delicious.

I liked its location to train station, staff was helpful and friendly.

My concern was the bathtub was high and no safety rails to hold on to.

The location was very convenient, as it was close to the main train station. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was not very wide, but very comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend.

Very near to the Hakata train station Shinkansen and the staff very nice and helpful, also bed was comfy.Note: I forgot my Laptop in the room that I stayed and they securely hold it for me until I went back and get it. Very professional and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good value for money and location is very nice, close to station and food, shops and other places, right in the center of town. One thing worth noting is, if you're driving, parking can be expensive!! Staff were ultra polite and helpful.

Parking was expensive and no clothes storage in room.

The reception and restaurant staff were all helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, the room was clean and the hotel is in a very convenient location being so close to the train station.

Good business hotel, all the usual facilities with nothing extra but the price was low and the location excellent.

Cups were a little dusty, and the facilities were a little old fashioned. The receptionist didn’t explain anything at check in which was a little unusual, probably just assumed we didn’t understand. You have to hand in your key when you go out which is a bit of a hassle, especially when the person just assumed we were the group with the foreign name.

Nice location to go around hakata and hotel staff are good service minds.

I understand Japan is a safe country but it would be great if elevators have add access control system

Location is perfect, right next to the Station.Room was nice , there is restaurant on the first floor.A lot of shops and restaurants around.

Loved how close by it was to the Hakata Station. Staffs were friendly. Room was pretty comfy and well maintained for an old hotel (looks like it)

The key system, was a tad bit troublesome and the Frontdesk had no weighing scale for me to weigh my luggages ?

Our stay at Dukes Hotel Hakata was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk from Hakata Station, making it perfect for sightseeing and catching trains. The rooms were clean and comfortable, bigger than most double rooms we stayed at before. A special thanks to Kono at the front desk, who kindly assisted with our reservations and even provided medication at no extra charge. We felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality.
