Location is the best. Its the reaaon to choose this hotel. Also, functional and room size is bigger than normal japan standard
Room is very old.AC is central control air. I have to contact front staff to change mode from heater to AC
The best location ever!!!! Their buffet breakfast is also very yummy! Would love to stay again next time?
Their staff on the reception should know how to speak english to be able to communicate with english speaking guests.
The room is dated but it was large and clean. Only a few feet away from the Hakata Station. Location is excellent and price is reasonable.

The location is exceptional, the room space was large
Receptionist onichan was quite tsumetai ?
Hotel was very close to Hakata Station. Breakfast was great, with view of the streets below. Room was comfortable.
Great wagyu breakfast. Good spread to choose from.
Furniture are dated.
The Location was Fantastic, there was a faint tobacco kind of smell initially but there are New Panasonic Air Freshener Machines inside the room so by the second day was unnoticeable. The Massage Chair was Great and worked like a charm
Nothing to dislike about this hotel, it was a great hotel and I had a fantastic stay for a total of 5 days and 4 nights
It was a great location, we were only staying for one night and it was really close to Hakata Station.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.
The hotel is a little old. The toilet have a smell as there is no ventilation fan. The bed is alittle hard. But overall still pretty good. One best things is location, very convenient, just next to hakata train station. Also there are lots of restaurants and shopping.
Breakfast is good and reasonably priced. Location is just next to the train station and bus terminal. Very convenient for travelling to other parts of Fukuoka. Staff are very helpful and professional.
Room aircon could not be adjusted. Room is a bit warm for us.
Room is hot and stuffy when they turn on heater, cannot control temperature in the room
Excellent location - next to h the e train station and very close to the bus terminal Easy access to food and shopping.
Room is too warm - aircon cannot be adjusted to lower temperature. Room is a bit too dim.
Breakfast was great. Very convenient location to bus stop, train station and many restaueants
Excellent location close to station and restaurants Amenities were good
Slightly better lighting would be good but it was acceptable
Central location just next to Hakata Train Station
Poor housekeeping with sweet wrappers still under the table. Central control aircon that you can’t bring the temp down to cooler level on humid hot weather when we entered the room. We were given a portable fan !
great location, just a few steps from the east exit of Hakata station
security, anyone can go up to the guest rooms thru the elevator even without the room keycard
