Hotel Resol Trinity Hakata

Location is very good. Central and very near subway station.

I was expecting bigger rooms for the price.

We didn’t realize it was in the middle of a red light district. That was weird and kind of depressing

The public areas look higher end and boutique, the rooms seem a bit dated and with furniture placement that created challenges. It is close to the subway. The shower was easy to operate.

It is in the middle of the red light district which I missed when travel planning. Women were on the street advertising for their clubs. They also had poorly ventilated smoking lounges so the entire elevator smelled when stopped on the floor. Our room had an odd scent along with a sneeze inducing signature scent in the lobby. The included breakfast was so so and was odd to have the leftover Italian food from the night before. I actually went back to my booking to make sure our room matched what we booked, it did but in a glamor shot kind of way.

We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our stay much more comfortable. The top-floor lounge with free amenities was a nice bonus, and the breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. The location was excellent, with easy access to trains and nearby shopping areas.

A very comfortable bed mattress. The spa was lovely. A tasty breakfast. Nice soft towels. Kettle in room. We are able to open the window in the room.

The breakfast restaurant is small, busy and tired. The polyester pyjamas.

Great location, super close to the subway station. Also within walking distance to Tenjin and Hakata Station. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I actually accidentally booked a smoking room but didn't realize until a few days in because the room was very clean! There was no smell of cigarettes at all.

Hotel was clean, even if you chose no service they will drop off clean towels for you. Staff is friendly, they provide you with all the basics you need. The location is great, it is in the middle of Hakata and Tenjin.

It is in the red light district of Hakata, so you can expect a bit more activity at night. The area is lively but safe.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. Don’t miss the adorable LOVOT creature in the lobby! The location is fantastic—it’s just a 15-minute walk from Hakata Station and surrounded by numerous excellent restaurants and bars. I suggest skipping Chikae Fukuoka for lunch or dinner, but I highly recommend Hakata Muku for dinner. And for pre-dinner cocktails, head to Bar Caper—the bartender is incredibly gracious and skilled.

Clean and quiet hotel with wonderful staff. Amenities were excellent and the location was close to a ton of restaurants. Easy access to the subway and a quick walk to yatai stalls and the shopping mall.

Public bath is too small, not many shower station. Always full. It closed from 9am - 3pm which is very inconvenience.

Small but functional - everything works. Rooms are nice & clean. Onsen was nice.

The location is good as the hotel is near a metro station but within a red-light district. Nearest station has many entrances to get to the subway but it needs to be discovered. It is also very near to a Don Quijote store and an Ichiran restaurant. There is also a number of convenience stores nearby plus a mail box just across the hotel. The location of the front desk at the upper floor instead at the usual ground floor makes the hotel unique among the rest. It also has an express check out system and free luggage storage. Onsen-type bath is definitely an added bonus.

The hotel is surrounded by pubs and bars, though, very lively at night. Direction is not clearly stated and let it done by the google map.

The room size is good. The beds are comfortable. Efficient check in and check out process.

A bit far from the tube stations.

I like that its near to shopping area specially Don quijote. I dont have to worry about shopping a lot because hotel is just a few steps from don qui. Near Naka river where you can enjoy and have a peaceful walk. Room is very spacious and has a big desk.

Its nearby club so expect a lot of people at night.

Hotel was very clean and looks new. Room is quite spacious. Location is quite good within 10min walking distance from Tenjin station and Canal city mall. Convenience stores are just around the corner.

Location is not as great as expected. Although it's right in the middle of red light district area, did not feel unsafe.

Clean, decent space, great amenities that includes the privilege of a hot spa for guests, well located with access to metro and JR trains, restaurants, convenience stores, within walking distance to shops. Little English spoken at reception but they try their best to be of help.
