Mars Garden Hotel Hakata

The location is pretty good. It's very close to the station.

They did not clean my room every day. When I talked to the front desk they said my room doesn't provide everyday clean. I never heard about this before. Also, they only provided 2 green tea bags in each room, no matter how many days you stayed. It's cheap

Clean and well situated next to Hakata station. Rooms are typical small and efficient Japanese, but the bed wasn’t crazy hard and the pillows were okay.

The hotel is located so near to the station and bus stop. The ladies room which I booked was so comfortable with many feminine touches and nice amenities. Overall the hotel is spotlessly clean.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Near Hakata Station, easy to go find restaurants, the staff is very nice. The room and facility are good

If you put out the "eco friendly" sign on the door before they do the cleaning rounds, they leave a card you can exchange for a vending machine token at the front desk. That was nice, only downside was the Suntory Melon soda was out of stock.

very centrally located, closed to bus and train stations, shops and restaurants. The room is small but very compact and comfortable.

The location and the price can't be beat! It offers a very good breakfast too. I don't suggest the room size for 2 persons though.

The hotel can only recieve luggage, you cannot send your luggage from here. You have to use a luggage service in the station, which is less convenient.

location was great very close to the train station.used the laundry and was very easy to use.

So close to Metro, food, and shopping . Really nice bathroom.

Facing a brick wall out window

The place is really nice and comfotabel. And next to train station and comfortable with which is prime location for transpotation and all the buses. The staff is caring and very customer oriented.

Cleanliness, best location, convenience and the staff

The staff were excellent and being allowed to leave some luggage in advance of check-in (by days, not just a few hours) was very helpful and greatly appreciated. This made our stay in Fukuoka very affordable. Great location and easy access to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing was fantastic!

The room was very small, almost as tiny as Tokyo but we managed to if we were staying longer, I would have reserved a larger room but for one night, it was fine.

Decent room and space with daily cleaning. Air purifier in room was great. Hot water for showering and bathing was great. Air conditioner was strong. Eco cleaning service with rewards (free drink from vending machine) was an awesome policy!!!!!

Pillow was too soft with no option to change.
