The front desk ladies were the best ever!!! They help me get situated and with my next step getting tickets for bullet train. They even help getting me a vegetarian breakfast to go and eat on train!!!

I hate that I had to leave and not stay a little longer!!!!

The hotel was within walking distance to Hakata Station but a little further walk to Canal City! The room was a good size and very clean!

I liked the distance to the Hakata train station. The hotel is very clean, the staff is exemplary. Truly outstanding people working here. I always enjoy my stay, this is the 6th stay at this facility.

This is my 6th time staying at this property, the price of the hotel has been on the rise, and is getting a bit much for my budget. We tend to stay for several nights, and there is always one night that is double the price of the other nights. If the pattern persists it may impact our future reservations.

The bathroom and toilet in our club room are located seperately making it convenient for the two of us.

The lighting was too dim. The TV offered English language only sporadically.

The room is clean but expected it to be more spacious.

The additional night we intend to extend , the price was really SKYHIGH for that size of room and bathroom really the tiny standard Japan prefabricated type. The breakfast was costly at 3,500 yen = US$23 per person. Quality not there.

Staff went above and beyond, and was friendly and warm. Room was clean. Location is great.

Old building so everything seems old. The lighting and environment feels gloomy. Toilet is really old.

The staff assistance is greatly appreciated as they are really helpful. Location is ok, quite close to JR Hakata.

the headboard is fully covered by dust, the bin wasn't emptied... otherwise others seems OK.

Conveniently located near Hakata station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect breakfast, both Japanese and continental. There's a gym, which is not very common in Fukuoka, and although not very modern, good enough to keep you going.

Carpet in the room could use an update. Other than that, nothing to mention.

loved my breakfast in the restaurant, loved my room, the staff is very helpful. My whole team comes every year for business from America and we stay 2-3 nights, this is our 5th year/stay.

It would be nice to have a coin operated laundry machine to use. We are traveling for work, and have a specific budget for laundry. It is the one item I wish the hotel had.

The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was superb. It is located right next to Hakata station.

Nothing bad stood out. It wasn't luxurious but I neither wanted nor expected that.

Above all else, the service staff, from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurants to the staff who greeted us and went beyond the boundaries of their job descriptions to make us feel welcome and valued. They were unfailingly courteous, even gracious, in their attentiveness and eagerness to respond to our requests. They are a first-rate team of employees and should be commended by management in the highest degree. Also, the room had a very welcome spaciousness that has a premium value in Japan.

The hotel begins to show its age. The bottom of the bath/toilet room door shows the effect of water/humidity damage and the room's carpeting has missed cleaning (i.e. vacuuming, perhaps even steam cleaning), especially along the floor edges around the tables, desk, and mini bar cabinet. Some of the surfaces above the bed, say, and window ledge needed dusting.

Hotel is just a short stroll away from the train and bus stations, with their links to other parts of Kyushu. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, staying just one night in what was little more than a stop-off in Fukuoka, so can't really say much about it, other than that our room was clean and comfortable, though functional more than stylish, and that English-speaking staff were friendly and efficient.

5mins walk from Hakata JR station. Great hotel service & room and staff are very professional anc helpful. Breakfast spread was an excellent international buffet at the lobby cafe. Even at the club lounge, while of a smaller scale, the spread was just as good. Club room was exceptionally large and definitely worth the price paid. Will look forward to stay there again on future trip to Fukuoka. Lots of great food choices around the JR station & in the station itself. Using the subway next to the Hakata JR station brought us to various places of interest & an great experience at a yatai for dinner.
