The location was perfect and 5-10 mins walk away from Hakata station

I think rooms washroom needs to more clean

Old Hotel but value for money and good location. I've already been here several times.

Breakfast ok. Japanese or Western. Location a bit long away from the station if you have luggage to carry.

Room type for solo traveller and cleanliness, not far from shopping center and Hakata City Station.

- mold in the bathroom - you could not change the temp by yourself, so had to shut down - bad smell in the whole room- quite far away from city center - reception did their job, but I didn't feel myself welcomed

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, especially having a language barrier

Room smelt musty, bed and pillow were hard as a rock. Bathroom was kind of old and the toilet was not functioning properly

My buddy and I needed a place to stay for a few nights for a decent price, but didn't want to have to share a bed together. We were able to get a nice room with two separate beds for a very affordable price. The bathtub is large enough for a 5'9" man to sit comfortably in and soak. The staff are super polite and hold onto your room key every time you leave the building.

My buddy and I were doing push-ups on the floor and he caught a huge whiff of dust from the carpet. We solved the problem by opening a window. Also, there were only two electrical outlets (maybe three) in the whole room; one is in the bathroom and one is hidden jankily behind the nightstand.

It is near hakata station, the staff is nice.

The hotel is a bit old, the bed is too soft and there’s no split type air conditioner which is very hot at night during this season. I slept badly that night.

Clean, and cozy , comfortable

The location was good, walking distance to Hakata station. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was perfect. One can pick up the toiletries they want.

The room was a bit old and lacked basic functions (like tea.coffee making facilities) - although there were vending machines on the floor. Soundproofing was a bit inadequate, as one can hear the noises outside.

The location is excellent, between the airport bus terminal 5mins, JR station 8 mins, 祇園mrt statin is 4mins. The room is v clean. I am so surprised that the staff remember my room number and gave my key so quickly. I cannot find the laundry room & guide me to laundry room, thank you!Free luggage storage after checking out.

Nothing, everything are excellent. I will come back!

The price was affordable and the room was better than I expected! It was a short walk (5 minutes) from Gion station. The bed was comfortable and I had a goodnight sleep.

The room key had a very large keychain. I think the keychain was too big.

The staffs are very friendly and good. The location is quite near.

I will stay this hotel if I go Fukuoka again. Hotel staffs are nice. security is good. There is restaurant on the 1st floor for lunch time. Near Subway station and JR Station. There is a convenient store is near hotel.
