Breakfast was pretty good. Location is good.
Two people in one very small room. We could barely open both of our suitcases. And then we couldn't walk around in the room. It kind of sucks that they put us in a single with a double bed resulting in no room to do anything. Kind of like a capsule hotel. Since one does not pay for a room in Japan but for the number of people, I probably should have gotten two single rooms. I will definitely try to do that the next trip I take with my wife, though she might not like it.?
Nothing at all.
The room was just too small. We felt suffocated when we entered the room and couldn't sleep at all due to everything too close to the bed. TV and AC were on the wall just next to the bed causing tightness and moving around in the room was just impossible. Not recommended at all.
Clean, comfortable, good breakfast
The room was clean and the location excellent. Although small (but not unexpected), the room was comfy and the bed amazing. The hotel was quiet and all in all it was a great stay.
We stay 4 days but we only get 2 bottles mineral.waters in in the first day. And we only get the tea and coffeee on the first day and third day....Is the facility like that...?
Location was excellent; one could walk to Hakata Station within 5 minutes which makes it convenient for those wanting to utilise the JR Kyushu railway network. The breakfast buffet was excellent; multiple dishes were offered.
The pillows were not so great...out of the two pillows in my room, one was very soft and quite flat, while the other was rubbery(?) which meant that those preferring a single pillow would find it hard.
Average experience of your APA hotel. This one needs renovation. Nothing it’s broken, just feels and looks old
Bathroom needs renovation
Near at the train station
Not clean.lot of dust in the ceiling and light
The staffs are full of service mind. Even they can’t speak english very well, but they put all effort to communicate and help me to serve my request.
Nice, helpful staff.Able to drop off your luggage prior to stay.5min walk from Hakata StationAmenities & bathroom were great
The price was 3x normal due to Dontaku festival.Don't take a 'smoking room' if you're not a smoker, the smell does not go away.Barely got any sleep at this place
The room came with everything I need, It was nice to have it located near Hakata Station. Next, the staff were friendly and helped me with my check-in process easier. I can't speak Japanese very well, but they went out of their way to help me.
It could use more outlets. At least two more outlet would of been nice. Also, the TV was hard to navigate. The remote sometimes could not pause the movie I was watching. When I pressed the skip button and then the pause button it would not stop at a certain scene.
Close to station
Too small room
Near to Hakata station
Everyday breakfast were the same.
Free Bottled Water each day of stay as in other hotels worldwide
They have simply the best staff. At least in Fukuoka.
