FFFFFF Hotel

I stayed at FFF Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and overall, it was excellent value for money. There were no staff present during my check-in/out but all the necessary information was clearly provided via email, so the process went smoothly. The room was comfortable for the price, and they even provided a washing machine complete with detergent, which was very convenient for us.The location is also quite good, not far from Hakata Station (only 10-15 min walk) and easy to access.

The only downside is that they don’t provide bottled water in the room, although there’s a water heater plus free coffee and tea sachets available in the lobby. Still considering the price, it’s really a great place to stay

Location and cleanliness

Room is small even for Japanese standards..Because there are no staffs, when ypu encounter a problem in the middke of your stay, yhere is no one to assist you to sort it out. There are no means of contacting anyone since you are already checked-in, the tablet on the front desk doesn't give you an option to contact staff..it only lets you call them at the time when you're checking in..otherwise you need to figure out how to call them locally. That was our problem when the battery on the electronic doorlock on our room died..we can't enter cause the keycard won't work and no one was able to help us

This hotel is a very budget friendly option when travelling to Fukuoka. The hotel is contactless (no front desk) and check in/check out are all done through their system. Instructions provided were easy to follow and straight forward. The hotel room and common places were kept very clean. There is no room service in between days but you can request for fresh towels/pjs by leaving the used ones outside your door.

Location wise, it was a bit of a walk from Hakata station (about 10-15 mins), which can be inconvenient when travelling with big luggage.

Good place to stay, clean and comfortable but VERY tiny room.

It was very nice to have the option for late check out at ¥1000/hour for a double room, ¥2000/hour for a twin room. Staff was very nice and quickly attentive when needed. The hotel was beautifully clean, new and stylish. The bed was comfortable, although small. The balcony was very nice to have. The room was quiet and the ventilation/heating system functioned well. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Everything was run smoothly. Amazing value for quality.

VERY small space. Not much room to pass or for luggage. Location is 15 min walk from Hakata Station, we would have preferred a 5-10 min walk. No vending machines or filtered drinking water.

Perfect accommodation, very close to the station 10min by foot. Smart TV, and the shower is spacious and comfortable.Nothing bad to say about the accommodation.

Bed was comfy, had personal washing machine and good location.

Would have liked someone at reception but it did make checking in and out easier

Overall it’s a cozy room! Sadly the room and the bed size is a bit too small for three people.The self-check in and checkout is seamlessly.

Cheap and close to main station.

Room was uncomfortably small at times and with no lobby when we had an issue with our heating we couldn't easily contact anyone.

The hotel is clean and close to Hakata station (10 minute walk).

The card that powers the light looks very similar to the room key card. The two cards could easily be confused with each other. It might be better to make one of the cards a different color so it is easier to distinguish the two cards. Also, it might be better to have guest services 24hr in case there is a problem with the keycard (for example, if the hotel key card got demagnetized, guests would not be able to enter the room at all when guest services is not available).

Great location from Hakata Station and near bus stops. The room was clean.

There’s a bed to sleep in, a shower and toilet that works. The sink is nice. The fridge is relatively big. The room was clean.

Staff is barely around and you need to check in via tablets. If you need help, there’s probably not anyone around to help in-person. No regular room cleaning, but you can get towels replaced if you hang them outside the door in a bag. Compared to all the hotels I’ve stayed in for my 1-month trip to Japan, this one is absolutely the worst value. There is no parking spot. The hotel does not hold your luggage on check-out day. There is a washer in the balcony but no dryer, so if it rains (it rained a lot during my stay) while you’re doing laundry, you might have to deal with wet clothes or go in the rain to a nearby laundromat. Room is very small.

Clean and cozy room.

I forgot to bring my water floss with me when checking out. It took a lot of efforts trying to contacting the property. You can't send them a message but only to call. No one answered the phone after several attempts. Finally someone answered but they said they didn't see anything in the room when cleaning.
