the size and layout of the room... spacious, comfortable and accommodating. the shampoo bar was an interesting concept!

the lobby area is small, especially with stored luggage.

Good location. Walk 7 minutes to subway. Ride one station to Yatai in Tenjin for dinner. Walking distance to Hakata station, Amu Plaza, Yanagibashi Market, Hakata Canal City.

No loading bay outside the hotel if you are driving.

The room and terrace were beautiful. There was a decent ramen place next door and a great western breakfast a five minute walk away. I'm updating this portion after first posting my review. After reading our review about the issues with the water feature the hotel management contacted me and offered to take half off our price for staying there. I really appreciate this customer service, so am happy to give a better review.

Something happened either with the hotel or booking.com and they didn’t receive my cancelation for the previous days and didn’t notify me until it was too late to get a refund so we were charged double. I chose the most expensive room because it had a terrace with a water feature but the water feature was broken. We told them and they said they would fix it the next day but they didn’t. So we couldn’t enjoy the water feature that I paid extra for. At first they offered no compensation for this, but after I posted a review here, they contacted me and gave us half off our stay, which was very nice. I really appreciate this customer service because things can always go wrong - what matters is how the hotel responds. And the room we had really was beautiful - if you're lucky enough to stay there with a working fountain, it will be magical.

Beautiful room and terrace. Good ramen shop next door and excellent western breakfast five minutes walk away were wonderful to have. Shampoo bar is cute.

Even though I changed our dates on booking.com either there was a snafu on booking or with the hotel and we were charged double what we should have been. I chose the most expensive room because of the terrace with the water feature. But the feature broke 15 minutes after it started. They said they would fix it the next day but they didn’t so I never got to enjoy it and they offered no discount. The room had no amenities I’ve come to expect in Japan like pajamas, a clothes rack (there was a washer in the room), or even drinking glasses.

The curtains let a lot of light in all night and when the sun rose.

Wish all units had a washing machine or at least an on-site laundry facility. The toilet is a bit cramped. The bathroom sink can be a bit higher. Could use a longer clothes-hanging rod. Providing a few utensils can be helpful.

The Apartment stay was really great for our family. We enjoyed our vacation each other. We could all sleep in while our breakfast is prepared on site. The shampoo bar was a nice touch. The separate toilet, Bath, and faucet area with washing machine are a good feature for a family of 5. The 24hr staff were very helpful and convenient. The kitchen wouldve been really good except lacking some utilities. I would book again if a long stay but for shorter stay i might choose Hakata Station area.

Plate and utensils were not on hand and have to be rented, like the rice cooker. WE used disposables. The location is quite near to Canal City. It is quite far from any trains and is easier to get to by car mostly. If you need to bring luggage from Train station Hakata, just take a taxi or uber.

Bed too hard to my tasteAlso, they have a movement detector light - while it is supposed to help if you would wake up for bathroom in the middle of the night, it is a) not needed in a small room, b) way too sensitive (could switch on when I was moving in then bed, c) not friendly when there are 3 people and 3 beds in the room, and the light would wake up everybody!No Breakfast is not very convenient - even if there is a few place at walking distance

Compared to the price, I think it's expensive. But the staff are lovely, good service, and there are shampoos to choose and use for free. I like it very much.

Excellent location. Quiet area. Rooms great soundproofing. Comfy beds and showers have great water pressure. Kitchenette was handy. Shampoo bar downstairs was nice. Not too far from train station, shopping and restaurants

Pleasantly clean, although it would have been better if they provided extra plates/utensils vs us having to pick them up at front desk.

Their in room Digital Touch concierge system has a camera ( it faces my bathroom door too). I noticed the red light tends to come on at night and I tried a few times to take pic or video and the red dot will disappear shortly after when I bring my phone to it. I am no security camera expert but I’m pretty sure the camera function was turned on?! We decided to place a tissue to cover the camera for our own sake.Pls explain why the red light appears randomly , esp at night? Pls reach out to me I will be happy to provide you the dates/times the red lights were seen.

Location of the hotel was convenient in walking distance to the train station and not too close with too many tourists in the area. Eateries were nearby. Our room had a kitchen and washing machine that was needed for our week stay.

The shampoo bar

The hot water takes a while to come out, both in the sink as well as the bathroom. There is no parking on site, the closest multi storey parking is at the street behind.

It’s very spacious, has 2 rooms and not too far from the station.

They didn’t allow us to leave our luggage there even though we will be back for check-in on a later date. In addition, the beds gave us sore backs after sleeping there.

Very Spacious , close to convenience stores, Hakata station and next door ramen eatery which opens till 11pmHotel also has a shampoo bar which you can choose from a variety of Japan’s popular shampoo brands Washing machine inside room is very useful to have . Detergent is provided . Note there is no dryer but clothes dry v fast with the dryer function in the shower room .

6.30am to 9am no staff at check in counter . We needed help to book taxi to airport but luckily we managed to order taxi thru didi ourselves. Pillows are too flat. Other than that , everything else is great

Clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Cosy room- just enough space for 2 double beds. Shampoo bar was a fun treat. Perfect for teenagers.

It’s a good location, close to shops and restaurants. It’s a good-sized room and it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also liked the fact that we could have a choice of shampoos that were available for us to take freely from the ground floor.

It is something that I am sure happens rarely but while we were staying there, the fire alarm went off, probably due to some malfunction but it did go on for a while before being resolved.

The hotel is in a good location, a 10 minute walk to Hakata Station, to main train and subway station in Fukuoka. it is also close to the Old Town and Canal City. The rooms were clean and efficiently laid out.

This is a non-serviced apartment hotel. No where on the Booking.com description was that mentioned. There’s no room cleaning or trash disposal included which is fine but it’s best for the traveling guests to know this ahead of time before booking. The front reception person speaks limited English but was very accommodating.
