The public bath is absolutely amazing, there was also popsicles to enjoy. Welcome drink is a big bonus. Breakfast is really good as well.

It was a bit far from central Fukuoka, but free shuttle is available which was good.

Curtain not blackout, so we cannot sleep well in the morning. Pillows is small and tiny, we try to request more pillows from staffs but feel not willing to give us. Rooms has many steps so we slip many times

The breakfast is good and the facility is clean and quiet. The location is a little bit off and have to pass through industrial area but can’t do much. Good for those who want to stay in the hotel, but not good for those want to go to Hakata/ Tienjin area.

Quite a big triple room with very good breakfast.

1. Curtain didn’t black out, we didn’t sleep well due to sun light in the morning.2. Pillows is smaller and tiny than other hotels, we request more pillows per person but staffs feeling unwilling to give us more pillows.

Good to family with child if you travel with car. Outdoor Onsen is very nice.

Large parking lot

Not quite sure how this is rated 4 star. Seems more like a 3 star hotel. The finishing and soundproofing of the hotel is not fantastic.

The facility was just fine. The room spacious and the gym tiny but with everything needed.

The room had a funky smell. The location is convenient only if people are planning to go to the nearest beach, unfortunately the weather didn’t allow it so we found ourselves pretty far from the city and with no restaurants or coffee shops nearby.

It’s my 3rd stay already. My family had a great time here. My daughter loves the breakfast so much. And they provide big car park for free parking.

I prefer brighter light in the room but it is just a suggestion for improvement. I love this place.

It was clean, everything was equipped and in order, hence did not need to find hotel for assistance. Hotel is spacious and quiet.

The tour buses and many tourists at the duty free next door was quite disruptive.

Hot spring is excellent with unlimited drinks supply until 1 am when it is closed. Room is clean and big. There is a shopping mall behind.

Breakfast was good, slightly different everyday. Bed was comfy. Parking was easy.

There were children jumping above our floor, but not a big problem.

Breakfast spread is fantastic. We are traveling with the entire family of 13 and the spread is able to satisfy everyone's preference. Modern and clean rooms which we love it. Onsen area serves free ice popsicles and has a quiet area for chilling.

Check in timing is very fixed. Any early check-in is possible but chargable which we feel it is a bit inflexible.

Rooms are more spacious than most hotel.The staffs are friendly.Kids friendly hotel.

The location is away from downtown, not easily accessible without car.

The facilities are very nice and room is spacious in japan standard.

There's no safe deposit box. The minibar and kettle is placed in the wardrobe with no overhead light making it very dim and hard to use. Some places like bed headboard and window are dusty.The location is only accessible by car.

Hotel is clean and new. Onsen area is great. There is a lounge area outside the onsen with vending machines, massage chairs and ice sticks, where you can relax and wait for ur family members.

The location. Food wise there is only a food court in the building beside the hotel, and the stalls were mostly closed by 7pm. The hotel’s buffet dinner was fully booked, so do reserve early if don’t intend to drive or travel out of the hotel area.

It’s our 2nd visit and I think this hotel is so friendly to children. My daughter was happy about the bath in room, the kid’s breakfast n the lollipop after the public bath. We would like to come again. It’s better to drive here n they have free parking.

Nth really. If the light in the room can be brighter it would be prefect.

I like the room size , the onsen was good, there are some restaurant and stores closed by. Huge parking if you are driving, the hotel is not too busy and it's quiet area to relax and stay too

The mini getaway from city life. Many of its customers are local japanese people, not foreigners. No random chinese with kids making loud noises, running around, etc etc, where you really want to just tell them off that this is Japan, and have to be mindful about the surroundings. Hot spring water is fully modernise and equipped with proper sauna and icy cold water for you to experience the full proper cycle of onsen. And unlike many hot spring, this is quiet, stayed for 5 days 4 night, at no point in time I felt that it was overcrowded despite the fact that the facilities is shared with 358UMI guest. I can easily count the number of guest in the spring water bath area with 1 hand at any given point in time.

Location is pretty far from Chihaya station, with the last shuttle service at 1930hrs. Typically, city life in Hakata ends at 2000hrs. So it would be perfect if the hotel provided shuttle service at 2030hrs and 2130hrs. The only thing I dislike about the room is not being able to open any windows as I wanted to let fresh air in.
