For a unmanned hotel, check in process can be improved.

Room exceeded my expectations. It has a very homey vibes to it and my parents were very happy with the spacious room. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting fukuoka. The staff was also very quick to respond to my queries throughout my stay via email. Overall it was a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location is great, good restaurants in the neighborhood

The two bed room is not that clean, can see some dirty spot here and there, the four bed room is wonderful and clean.

Big room with a washing machine. Quiet and clean. Good location, walking distance to a lot of attractions.

The bed is not much comfy. The bed is not soft, maybe it’s a pocket spring come out.

Good sized accommodation and kitchen.In-room laundry and drying fan.Staff was off-site but helpful and fast when we had an issue with our key.

Air conditioning was inconsistent.

Our room was located 10th floor of the building with good view of Hakata.

A small hole on bed side wall was patched by a scotch tape unprofessionally (it looks like a joke)!We did not make the hole but we believed that someone who stayed at this room previously made it. Why the hole was not repaired more professionally by an owner of this property.

The property is clean but a little tight for 5 people

Not enough amenities. For exampleThere is no trash bag available and they expect the guests to provide for them. Staying 8 days and expecting the guests to not have trash is impossible. The towel provided is one per person and they expect you to wash your towel. We stayed 8 days and we went there for leisure and we need to wash our towel if we want a clean one. At least they should have provided for 2 sets , one for use and the other while drying

Close to transit. Quiet.

Check-in process was an iPad that froze. Other guests walked away and I was able to access their room and door code. I don’t know if the problem was connectivity issues or a sub optimal registration platform.Also there was a note on the app that the property would not be collecting an additional fees, but this was not true. We were walked to pay an additional 200¥ per person per night. Again, the faulty checkin system I entered that I deposited the money into a collection box. Something very terrible could have happened bc of the check in procedure.

Good location, self check in went smoothly and room was spacious and clean. Everything there for a relaxed stay, even a washing machine and powder in the bathroom. Wish we could have stayed longer as Fukuoka is a great city. The hotel is on walking distance from the airport subway line, also pretty convenient. Opposite the hotel are a few nice restaurants as well.

We really liked this place!Fully equipped, clean and cozy. Location is also great.

Although there are 4 double beds, its too small for 8 people (or even 6 adults and 2 kids)

Location was a couple of minutes walk to the station. What I like most is the toilet & the bathroom are separate. I booked a triple sharing room, hence this design is very convenient for us. The rooms are spacious & clean. The small kitchen facilities was a plus point.

It is all right if they do not have daily cleaning or changing of towels. However the disposal of rubbish is a bit troublesome. You have to sent email about the disposal. Also the checking in was quite unpleasant because of a glitch in the system we are unable to get check in smoothly. Created quite a hassle. I wish in circumstances like this, somebody can come out to help us instead of just communicating through the phone. We have to do the whole process of checking in 3 times. Also if you are driving, parking can be a problem.

Quite difficult for family with many luggages to transfer from airport bus - hakata station - hotel. and also difficult to find coin locker for many luggages.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with shopping and F&B in close vicinity. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay such as fridge, washer and a kitchenette. The bathroom was also equipped with a good environmental control unit.

For my family of 4 grown adults, the room was a bit small. With 2 queen beds and a set of sofa, we had to re-oprganize the sofa to allow our 4 pcs of luggage to be opened; and as a result, we had little room to move around freely. Nevertheless, it would have been a good place to stay for guests with very few luggage.There was no service staff in the hotel hence all guests had to use the tablet provided for self check-in and out.

Place is near the subway.

The only thing good about this property is the location. I wouldn’t book it again.

It wasn’t clean and had a bad smell.

The hotel was clean, and the facilities provided all the basic necessities, including amenities, kitchenware, a sink, a microwave, and a washing machine in each room. These conveniences made our stay very comfortable.One feature we especially liked was the passcode entry system for both the hotel and the rooms. This was extremely convenient for our group, as we often went out to different places at different times. Not having to worry about a physical key or keycard—especially since most hotels typically provide only one or two—was a great advantage.Additionally, we appreciated the availability of family rooms for 4-5 people. The room was spacious compared to other hotels in big cities. Even with five of us staying together, we had enough space for our luggage, even when packing and unpacking. The small living area was also a great touch, allowing us to sit and relax comfortably, unlike many hotels that only provide a bed and one or two armchairs.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is clearer communication regarding the check-in process. We liked the check-in method and had a positive experience, but slightly clearer instructions would make it even smoother.

The hotel was near Hakata station and many other places of interest like Tenjin and Nakasu.

While the accommodation was technically walking distance to Hakata station, I would not recommend walking to and from the station with luggage. The nearest train station is not connected to Hakata station.
