- The room's wifi didn't work so I had to use another; the breakfast was monotonous (toast and hardboiled eggs DAILY) and two days in a row they didn't clean our room. Plus the picture made it look bigger than the shoebox it was.

The staff were nice and very accommodating. it's near convenience stores and the subway station. you get a feel of how the locals live. the fresh sheets and towels and bathrobe were nice. the decor may need to be upgraded.
the bathtub was a bit too small, i'm not that tall but i kept hitting my elbow on the sides. ditto with the elevator.
The location was great. It's like at the center of everything. It was close to the airport too so eventhough our flight was early, we didn't have to leave extra early or camp out the airport.

There is no lift to odd numbered floors and the beddings were stained and the furnishings look old and the bathroom is extremely small.
I had a wonderful experience at the. Every staff member I encountered, staff was delightful and eager to help! We stay here and move to visit other cities. When we back to stay again, the hotel staff bring our heavy luggages to keep in our room.... Thank you! Will recommend to my friends!
The rooms were clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown , also reasonable price. We stay here for 2 night and after that, we visit another city, staff is very nice and allow us to leave the big pieces of luggage
