HOTEL JAPANESQUE FUKUOKA

The bathrooms are amazing. Huge showers and bath beautiful. The employees were super kind and helpful. Little to no English but I got what I needed and the guys were just great

When we got in the room was so hot we almost died. The ac units don’t go on until you get the room then it takes a few hours to cool the room off. Initially, I was supposed to pay 450 bucks for one night but I showed him a better price and after he thought about it he changed the price I had to haggle and it was 1130 pm so it was late didn’t likeTo have to do that. The beds are really hard with springs the flights going over at 0600 was hard to sleep in

The kids' indoor playroom+ the gym advertised on the page were not available.It could be cleaner.

The hotel is located near the subway, but this time we rented a car. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t offer free parking for guests — we had to pay 1,000 yen per night. Luckily, we found a cheap parking lot about 200 meters from the hotel that only costs 300 yen per night.Overall, the room, bed, and bathroom were fine. The staff were very helpful, although they spoke only a little English, so we had to use a translation app to communicate

They didn’t have travel adapters available for borrowing or rent, so we had to buy one from outside.

Easy access to leave.

I reserved for 2 adults and a 14 year old child and a small dog. After making the non-refundable reservation, I was emailed and told that pets aren’t allowed, in spite of the property being advertised as pet friendly. When we checked in, I was given one double bed and a chair. For 3 people. Nowhere for my son to sleep. We left and found better lodging for less.

Does not look like the picture, do not stay there

This looks NOTHING like the pictures. I never thought that my worst hotel night ever would be in Japan. The receptionist were inhumane. The parking was full - only the paid spots were available, so I had to download an app to unlock a parking spot. The walls are paper thin. It smelled like old cigarette. Horrible horrible stay.

I did not avail breakfast at the hotel.

Convenient location. Amenities (such as slippers, toothbrush, tea bags etc.) were free to take on the first floor. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were polite and gave very good service.

Room space was a bit narrow and hard to move around in. It also smelled like someone had smoked in there before.

The location is nicely situated near a subway station. The hotel has its own parking lot. Furnitures are new and comfortable, overally satisfactory.

The area before entering our own rooms were practically outdoors, nice for summer but terrible for winter when strong wind blows. The rooms were narrow but it is to be expected of hotels. They charge 1,100 yen for parking per night while there are parking lots behind that charges 600-700 yen for 24 hours just 2-3 minutes walk away.

Amazing customer service, good for a short stay, good access to amenities

Smelled like the last guest had smoked in the room. They’d tried to clean it but it stilled smelled musty. No complaints other than that.

The pool, spa and sauna were great. Awesome facilities and always available for use. Big rooms, nice beds despite the weird decor. Gym wasn’t amazing but at least they had some stuff, treadmills, punching bag and some machine weights. No free weights. Nice staff as well.

Location is far from city centre but there is a mall with restaurants nearby and a 7/11. Planes constantly flying overhead so slightly annoying.

Room spacious and clean, complimentary items great, pool facilities great and very generous opening times. Beds comfy, would stay again.

Overall, we will not be going to this hotel nor recommend it to others.

Basically everything as our bad experience began with the very poor customer service upon check in which the front desk staff were very rude; I was still talking and she kept interrupting me while I was explaining my frustration of having to wait so long for check in, when it should have been ready in first place, especially when we checked in at 6 pm. So many people wanted to do same, but we ended up doing it. The facility/room was unprepared for us, as trash was left and there were stuff left in the fridge. There were no towels in the room and we had to request for them.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was close to a convenience store and also a few restaurants. The train station and bus stop is nearby. Its great!

If it could be cancelled we wouldn't stay a night

Everything from the rooms, hotel facilities to the pool and its garden. The rooms are really very small with an unpleasant view, a lot of things were broken and only with a note saying sorry. Everything we wanted extra like a towel for the pool or cleaning the room was for a really big extra charge. We thought we would enjoy the pool but it is not as nice and clean in real life and we didn't even want to go in it. Everything is really in bad condition and there are planes over your head every 2 minutes which is really unpleasant. Although there is a bus stop in front of the house but the bus runs very little and it is far to the city center. There is nothing to do in the area. If it was possible to cancel for free we would not stay even 1 night. We are not demanding and really think about this accommodation!

Relaxing ambiance, Excellent staff, Spacious room, Cleanliness,Interior, Facilities including saunaI would definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Fukuoka.

The room was just a bit cold. The heater did not work well and the room had a very big window so the draft was a bit overwhelming.

The staff was kind.

The room is very cold. We had to sleep in our clothes.
