Close to the sumo stadium, which we were in town for. Only 30 minute walk from Hakata station. Very nice staff.

Room was very loud. We could hear everything outside and in the hallways throughout the night. No ability to change the temperature in the room, so it was very hot. Luckily, we were able to open the window for some air.

I arrived for a sumo tournament, and the location was perfect—just two minutes from the arena. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly.

Wonderful wonderful staff and breakfast was delicious.

Small bathroom for the room we had along with a lingering odor probably due to the rug. A small mobile mirror would also be nice for guest who utilizes makeup.

I loved the breakfast, however it was traditional Japanese style so keep that in mind if you are more used to the western style breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the little donuts and snacks kept in the lobby.

The bathroom was quite small, but I believe that is fairly typical. I didn't have a problem with it but I was traveling alone. It is possible those with bigger parties will be more put out.

Location to Fukuoka International Conference Center was perfect. Staff very courteous and kind. The breakfast lobby area was cute and relaxing. Happy for complimentary traditional Japanese breakfast each morning. Note its the same each day. Coin Laundry services on site was great.

Bathrooms a bit too small. AC did not go very cold.

Breakfast was good but it's always the same everyday. The location is very good as it is close to the bayside ferry station.

I wish there is variety in breakfast.

while the room is compact, the way it has been renovated is great and ease of movement, especially in the bathroom. the breakfast is simple yet great, which is a nice surprise!

Parking is limited.

The reception area is pretty modern compared to the rest of the hotel and the staff are really nice and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nice, do note it's basic but still great! I wouldn't stay longer than a night as we just wanted a budget hotel for a lay over. Location isn't really near anything ang again, we wanted something close to the port so it didn't bother us. Had an air purifier in the room which was nice

It was odd that you had to give your key every time you left the hotel. Our room had a musty smell and it felt like you went back in time. The bathroom was really small and although it was clean, I didn't fully feel comfortable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. And had a very nice friendly staff who would go out of their way to help. The breakfast was nice as well. The place was very convenient and very close to Fukuoka international Congress center as well, where I attended a conference. It was altogether a very nice stay and I enjoyed every minute of it.

The breakfast photo display on the Internet is deceiving. The breakfast is actually too small. Needs more options like rolls, bread, cereal, milk, eggs, etc.
