Pros +
- Wide rooms and great conditions
- that it was perfectly located beside a river, a good location to go around restaurants & landmarks, close to convenience stores & markets, and perfect amenities !
- Central , well connected. Cleaningness. .
Cons -
- Little bit cold inside
- it’s a little bit hard to find at first, but that’s because the area is unfamiliar (natural for first timers in fukuoka or that specific area)
- Sound of fridge and light of tablet doesn't allow a smooth resting night.

The room was not very big but sufficient for our family of 5, and it was great that it came with a washing machine and bathroom dryer so it saved us doing a lot of laundry when we got home. The accommodation is also very close to Canal City Hakata so it was convenient for eating and shopping.
The room is slightly far from the subway station but it was fine for us as weather was nice for walking. Also we would prefer if there were more clothes hangers provided.
We booked a deluxe family suite for two nights for six people, but were shocked to be told we’d need to purchase our own toilet paper if we used up the provided supply. To make matters worse, there was only half a roll of toilet paper available when we checked in. On top of that, there’s a room tax of 200 per person per day.No carpark if you drive.
close to Ten Jin
No cleaning service, and no towel change for 7 days of booking.only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stayNo extra garbage bag was provided.
Location is good, walkable to Canal City and a local morning seafood market. There are also a number of convenience stores nearby within a 5 minute walk.
The TV Youtube app didn't work quite well. It will frequently hang and quit because of lack of memory.
The unit is ideal for 3-4 persons--well kept, clean and big enough. It is 1 km from the main Hakata station so it is a bit of a walk but ok. Washer/dryer is great for long stay.
Bring your own TOILET PAPER (!) if you stay longer than 1-2 days. We (3 people) were given half a roll for our 9-day stay, and the staff insisted it is the same for everyone!!! But they did provide toothbrushes which in my opinion less essential. So we ended up with an 8-packer from 7-11 which was way too many. Kitchen has essential tools, but no simple/basic condiments and no dish rack. Many lengthy English check-in instructions and rules but no English translation for any applicances---stove top, AC, washer, dryer, bathtub, air purifier. So be ready to use google translate for everything. We stayed on the first floor unit, it is not sound proof. So we hear every footstep inside and outside the building. Luciky, it is not a super busy neighborhood.Staff was responsive and polite BUT they are not there to accommodate anything that's not there already.
The place was clean and well maintained. It has a washer and you can use the shower to dry your clothes
It was a 10-15 min walk from the nearest station so if you have children or senior companions, it might be a bit hard
LocationClean
Bed and Pillow are uncomfortable to sleep on
Clean room located in noisy area.
Clean and spacious room.
Great location, good neighborhood, room is cosy and easy to check-in
The BBQ shop nearby might gives the smoky smell
The room is not too big, but it includes all the necessary features, even a washing machine. The hotel is next to a department store and a convenience store.
The hotel operator initially provided the wrong password for the main gate, but after calling them, they immediately provided the correct one.
Great location - really close to a number of restaurants and convenience store.
Not a dislike but this is an unmanned hotel so be sure to follow instructions to check in.
Great affordable family-friendly accommodation. About a 5 min walk to Canal City Hakata. Self-check in was really easy and can be done in English. Bit far from train station (about a 15-18min walk).
It was simple and clean accommodation. There are a few small eateries around the area but we didn't get to try any of those. The nearest bus stop or train station requires some walking. If not, everything else is as described.
The place was clean and was with air purifier. They addressed our concerns re hair dryer.
The location. It was a long walk from the station and restaurants. It was too small for a group of five travelling during winter season.
I was a little apprehensive about it being an unmanned hotel but check-in and check-out was quite easy. Note that you need to pay the room tax upon arrival by dropping cash into a box at the front desk. The room was a decent size for four adults and was overall very clean. We liked having a washing machine, drawers under each bed, and a kitchen that was stocked with some basic items. The drying feature in the bathtub/shower room was really handy. On the main floor there was a public bathroom available to guests.
The drawers under the bed needed a more thorough cleaning. It was a little tight for space to open our luggage and we had to coordinate opening one large one or two small ones at a time.
Great location. Nice, quiet rooms. Great bathroom/shower. The staff there were exceptional in helping sort out a challenge we had when checking-in. Super kind to our children. We also really liked the restaurant just across the street: Haruichi. It is a hot pot restaurant that has the best green onions. So unique, they had such a mild favor: our kids loved it.
Just some challenges understanding how to turn on the automatic bath and hot water. Somehow the kitchen controls would start filling the bath. I guess it would be great to have a nice bath ready for you once you finished the dishes, but couldn’t figure it out.
A lot of restaurants near by
Bin bag not enough, don't have cleaning kits bcuz stay 4 days , floor too dirty .
