Location was close to the shopping district and easily accessible to the train station.

The izakaya across the street seems to have a live band playing at night and it can be heard from the hotel.

We were in Fukuoka for the sumo tournament. The hotel was in a great location and it was easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff was also really helpful and held a package for us before we arrived to the hotel.

It’s in a good location. It’s also clean and the hallways are well-lit

The double lock in my room is not working. There is no lounge or waiting area for guests

Room a little small but adequate.

The hotel has an awesome location with close proximity to the river and walking distance to Hakata. The beds are clean and comfortable. One thing to note however is that the smoking room is right beside reception and absolutely stinks up the entire lobby. Coming in and out of the hotel isn't that pleasant of an experience.

Nothing special for the breakfast nothing much almost every day the same just to fill up the stomach

A distance from the train station need to carry up the luggage up the long staircase if you have lots of luggage then………

Good location, really near to bus stops that brought us to the main attractions. Shopping and food around the area was really good too.

The smoking room is located in the lobby area, which unfortunately leaves the whole lobby smelling like stale smoke. Its also where the breakfast area is located so its not great.

Room is neat and clean. Breakfast is good. Close to Tenjin shopping malls and a lot of restaurants nearby.

No bottle water or drinking machine provided by the hotel.

The location is perfect, very central and well connected. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. This hotel is perfect for all manga lovers: it has a great collection of lots of manga and they're well maintained :)

The room was a bit small but that was ok for a one night trip

Good location which literally just 2 mins walk from hotel to the Tenjin Underground Shopping District exit 1E, surrounded by a lot of good eateries.

The room is a bit small although the staff have upgraded us to a better room. Lobby service staffs some are quite friendly, but I do encountered a lady who show impatience when I’m engaging her for a simple matters, room cleaners are more friendly comparing to her. Lobby are full of smoking smell because the smoking room is just beside the check in counter. Overall, my experience in this hotel is still ok. Hopefully in future the hotel will be improve.

location is excellent, 1min to family mart, shopping and dinning are very convenient, many restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

Staff are not polite enough, no welcome greeting when check in.

Not recommended for "big" individuals because the sizes of the room and the toilet are too small.

It felt dirty , especially the bedding which was very worn out and had stains.

We have 3 people and just have 2 pillow in room.We need just 2 more pillow the staff said have no pillow in stock and take time to find 1 pillow for us and said we can just have 1 more pillow with out say sorry and the staff sound is not good she said No 2 just 1 and that's it.I ask if today you don't have it in stock so tomorrow I can have 1 more and she said not for today and tomorrow without say sorry sound is so rude .This is my second time to stay this hotel because the first time is really good but this is the last time for us I'm so disappointed. You claim you are 4 star hotel but it's not.

The unique thing about this hotel is that it has a library of comic books. A guest is allowed to borrow up to 5 books, at no charge, in the duration of ones stay. I borrowed an English version of "Spy Family 1" and finished it before I checked out. The Shin Shine ramen outlet is just in the street behind the hotel, a bonus. Shopping and eating is not a problem in this area.

Breakfast only starts at 6.30am. Did not know this and had to miss my paid breakfast when I had to change plans and catch an early train.

Great location. The hotel is not too far from the metro, but in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly. Yatai starts right next to the hotel. The hotel has a smoking room as well as an outside smoking area. The breakfasts are varied, you can try both ramen and natto. The rooms are clean but a bit cramped for two people.

The bed, the pillows, bathroom, everything is good

Room was too small, staff at the breakfast area was not helping at all for my requested of hot water!

The location is just off central, and near many local restaurants, bars and entertainment outlets as well as petrol kiosks. I was fortunate to get a parking spot and I liked that I could pay up front to secure the slot for my stay. The manga collection on ground floor was a nice unique touch.

The room felt a little cramped. There were some roadworks nearby that meant certain roads were closed at odd times and that made driving in / out a little challenging, or roundabout. There was only full room cleaning on certain days of the week.
