One's Hotel Fukuoka

Great location. A few mins to the closest station. 15 mins walk to Ohori park. Staffs are kind and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood with convenience stores and restaurants around.

The room is a bit small but overall good place to stay.

I liked that it was clean. The location was also good. You can wash and dry your clothes in just 30 minutes, for a low price.

The room could be a little bigger.

Delicious breakfast, kind staff. They were happy to prepare invoice for the stay according to my request.

The location is right next door to a train station and seven eleven. you can walk 15 mins to a mall and a big stadium, perfect for watching the baseball game in the summer. The rooms are not too small, especially if you bought a lot of items. They replace your towels everyday and clean the room every three days.

The location was super convenient as it is next to a train station and a convenience store. The udon shop in front is super tasty and inexpensive.The staff were amazingly helpful. They went above and beyond. The rooms were smallish but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a great value and delicious.

I loved the hotel. The staff was so nice and friendly. Rooms were small, but this is japan. Very close to the underground and walking distance from the Ohori park.

The location of the hotel is spot on if you're planning to put up near Ohori and Maizuru Park for Cherry Blossom viewing purposes. There is a convenience store just a few steps away, and a number of eateries are nearby, too.

Rooms were a bit small for people with large luggage bag. Other than that, all was good!

Great location just 30 seconds walk from exit 2 of the metro, with direct trains to both the airport and Hakata station. Breakfast was very comprehensive. staff extremely helpful. Short walk to the park and Fukuoka Castle.

Room was small but fine for one person. Would have been tight with two.

Good stay in a convenient part of town; few mins on the orange line from Hakata Station, 7-11 across the street, 20 min walk to Paypay Dome, room had a mini couch which in my experience is a rarity in Japan, enjoyed that.

We enjoyed the proximity to the train station. It was easy for us to move around Fukuoka city from this stay. There was an udon shop right downstairs and all you can drink coffee at the hotel reception. The staff were kind and charming.

Did not eat breakfast (it should have been included in the exorbitant room price). Fair reasonable location to city and local attractions. The bed was good. Otherwise, nothing! Staff cheerfully knocked back all our requests.

Exorbitant price (just to sleep). Room extremely small and cramped. No room to move. Small cramped shower. Toilet positioned such that it was uncomfortable to sit. Room and facilities built for pygmies.Probably the worst accommodation had in all my years of international and domestic travel.

Stayed at One’s Hotel for the convenience of access to railway, whilst visiting my son in Fukuoka. Hotel is right outside Tojinmachi station and a convenience store is located right outside. Quiet location despite being on main road

Location was very good, very close to where I needed to be with easy access to public transport and convenience stores. Very friendly staff too :)

Finally got around to writing a review!In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in its price range in Japan. The room isn't the largest, but it's significantly more spacious than some competitors. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The location is fantastic—just a minute from the subway, making it very convenient. The surrounding area has well-developed infrastructure, with cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There's also water close by.The most important part—the breakfast. It is truly excellent, just as other guests have mentioned.The best hotel breakfast in all of Japan!Five stars. I hope to visit Fukuoka again someday and will definitely stay at this hotel once more.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the PayPay Dome, a subway station is right in front (with a good connection to the ariport) as is a 7/11 store. The staff is kind, but does not speak English. The room is clean and well kept.

The room was super cold - it turns out that it is more of a motel with rooms on multple levels rather than a proper hotel. All rooms are directly acessbile from an open-air hallway. I had to set the AC on 30 degrees Celsius to compensate for the draught/cold air in-flow.
