Great little spot, modern facilities, and decent value for money

The matresses could've been better, otherwise it was fine

Good location, nice check-in & check-out ways, offers free baggage storage. Sufficient blankets. Overall is a comfortable stay.

The mattress is broken, and one part is sunken, so it cannot support our waist and back. The toilet door is also easy to fall off.

Location is good, close to two subway lines and shopping area .

As everyone says, no staff, no room service, room is small and mattress is very hard .

the location was amazingthe rooms were ok in size for 2 persons. it has all that you need for a stay. would suggest maybe dishwashing soap since there are mugs and pots and pans that need washing

the mattress i believe needs to be replaced in the lower bunk i slept in. you can feel the hollows of the bedhowever the top bunks mattress was still firm.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to canal city, nearby main street.

Owner was very cold. Noisy place, bath place is extremely narrow. Owner never helped any of your requests

Bathroom is too small, the blanket made me itchy, might be from some insects. Rooms are too close to festivals and restautants that were too noisy that I can not sleep. Owners are never cooperated to any of our requests. I advise foreigners should not stay here as the owners will not have help you if you have any mistakes in your booking

Ideal location and walking distance to most shopping area in Tenjin and Hakata. There are lots of places to eat including the yatai’s. Near public transport and subway.

The beds are old and springy. I think it needs to be change.

I loved the location most of all. It was so close to everything, restaurants, stores, temples, and any area for sight seeing. The room was great as well and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable as well as the cough. The balcony was great and even though my husband was the only one to go on it (I was scared of the height, haha), the large screen doors brought in a great breeze. The room, including the shower, was also quite sound proof!

The location was excellent. It was not too far from subway and Tenjin.

We booked for 3 people. The space was pretty narrow for luggages; in addition, there was no catering and cooking devices. We stays for four night, but there was not towels changing or cleaning room. It was ran out of paper sheets and no stock.

Room is a little tight with 2 big luggages ans other bags with 3 adults, however, if used mainly just a place to rest, shower, and sleep it is a good place to stay. beds are also a little hard

there is a free rooftop space you can chill with good view.

Long women hairs everywhere!!! On the pillows, on the floors, in the bathroom and even women hair clinging to my clothes in the washer! Disgusting!?
