I thought I could find a mentaiko over tamago and rice for breakfast or even a toasted mentaiko French bread.

Location was amazing!

The rooms are tiny! The elevators are packed!

Great location to food stalls and shopping!

Room AC wasn’t working to capacity. At times it felt stuffy.

They serve the breakfast. Many many selections hot and cold. Always clean and attentive so as not to run out.

- Staffs were super nice and helpful, can leave luggage at the hotel after checkout, even handle our needs for storage in freezer and fridge.- Get complimentary water every single day.- Public onsen on top floor despite being compact, is wonderful for relaxation after a long day.- Room cleaners are very nice, won’t throw away things they’re not sure of, hotel provides small card to place on items that cannot be placed inside bin was a superb idea and thoughtful touch.- lots of space to hang clothes and luggage storage under beds.- High quality bathroom and amenities with strong water pressure from shower head.- TV is super easy to connect with smartphones.

- Pricy depends on travel season.- Room for 3 comes with one of the bed as sofa bed, and it’s quite small, I’d say 6ft max. And the sofa bed makes really loud squeaky noise with every movement and it’s not a completely flat bed.

Really nice room and bed. Western hotel style. Super helpful staff. Very nice public bath. Be sure to go out for Yatai along the river.

I stayed with my kid for 2 nights. I stated a preference during booking for a non smoking floor but Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Nakasu is not able to fulfill my request. I think the request is a basic one and should be entertained by the hotel. If the basic request cannot be entertained, they should informed me during check in. I did made a complain to the staff later on the first day of stay but she said we cannot change room due to fully book. I will rate 9 if the said problem is re-solved from the beginning.

Quiet location. But also close to yatai and many attractions. The roof top indoor onsen is well designed with an outdoor feel with sunlight. Good variety of breakfast.

If can serve fried eggs would be even better. Same as most Japan style hotel, there is no gym

Location is convenient in downtown area with great choices of food and shopping.

The front desk staff gave very good recommendations for food. Location was great, within walking distance to almost everywhere I wanted to visit. The public bath was also great. We used it daily.

The room smelled like sweaty socks. It wasn't very pleasant but we got used to it after staying in the room for a while.

Very good location.And we stayed for two nights, the staff cleaned the room very tidy.

Location is near the train station!

The attitude of reception staff. You practically need to wait till 3pm to be able to check in, no exception!!

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff and great facilities. The public bath was well maintained and relaxing, and the washing machines worked well. Appreciated the umbrellas they lend to guests. Location was convenient near to the subway and bus stops, relatively quiet even though it was quite near a few nightlife spots.

Hotel was well located, close to shops and restaurants. It is very close to the subway station where there is a supermarket and 24 hour Don Quijote. It is fairly close to walk to Canal City and Tenjin. Hotel seemed fairly new, and felt quite upmarket. Onsen was nice and never very busy. Breakfast is very good and high quality (e.g. they have sushi and sashimi).

The view out the window of the room is very ordinary (e.g. facing another building or carpark) so I wouldn't stay here if that's what you're looking for.

Great location, just 1 min walk from Subway station. A lots of shop around, various choice of restaurants.

This location is perfect! Walking distance to train. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of food to chose from. I would stay here again.
