    Pros +

    • Bed was comfy and it's close to the park and canal city
    • Great location! Walkable to many tourist attractions and shopping districts. Comfortable bed, good sized washroom, large windows, adequate amenities. Convenience store attached to the building below. Would return!
    • We booked a Standard Twin Nonsmoking including breakfast and late checkout. Our room on 6th flr had a good view of the street yet was quiet. Room was well designed and spacious enough for two. Nice bathroom/tub/shower though limited counter space in bathroom. Though no daily cleaning included, they provided fresh towels and water each day which was perfect! Easy walk to many attractions and subway and 7Eleven downstairs. Appreciated the laundry facility and that you could use the TV to check on your laundry. It does take two full hours for the combination wash/dry. Staff kindly stored our luggage after checkout and called a taxi for us when we left for the airport.

    Cons -

    • Rooms facing the main road in front can be loud as traffic noise can enter. But this is usually not a problem as its usually quiet by 10pm.
    • I don't recommend paying for an included breakfast. There is not much variety and staff came out to the small buffet area and restocked some items directly from packages - so it was obvious it wasn't freshly baked or prepared. We ate breakfast elsewhere on our second day even though it was included. We checked in at the front desk, filled out forms and showed our passports but then were taken to a kiosk in the lobby to finish the rest of the process to get a key. This seems like an extra step that could just be done at the desk. Also referred me to the kiosk when I needed to break down larger bills. The desk seemed adequately staffed to handle requests but did not. The hotel provides a flyer listing recommended restaurants nearby, however when we asked the front desk staff to make a reservation for us at one of those restaurants, they refused to help - saying we would need to call ourselves (which would be a challenge with the language difference).
    • Average breakfast options.

Convenience!!! It’s near subway by turn right , Canal city and Kushida shrine by turn left. A lot of minimart and restuarant around the hotel.

    Staff not help anything

Great location and many places to have a drink around. Close to the Canal and we’ll connected with the metro and airport line.

Great location centrally near restaurants and eating places, very considerate and welcoming staff, free toiletries and next to a combini, very clean

The room is a bit small for two large suitcases

A great overnight stay before flight home. Room was comfortable. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful

Located by a convenient location right near Canal City. Staff was friendly and eager to help.Convenience store at the ground floor which was very nice.

The check in process was mechanical and awkward. Even though the front desk staff were kind, I didn't like that they kept handing me many things to either sign or give. Considering that someone has just freshly arrived from the airport and ferry, hotel management needs to consider how the person is feeling once they check in the hotel. I recommend minimizing the things that need to be signed.

    Good location

Expensive for what it is. Tiny room. Business hotel so no additional facilities

    9EstherPosted on: 12-6-2024

The hotel had spare umbrellas which I didn’t use but they would have been useful as it rained when I was there. They also had spare toothbrushes, hairbrushes…etc which I used and were good. The room was very comfortable and spacious. There were 2 charging point on the bed frame which allowed me to use my phone on the bed. The bathroom was big and the water pressure was PERFECTTTT. I used the washing machine to wash my clothes.

I didn’t like that I had to go to reception twice to ask for a new bath towel

Location was good, central to a lot of inner city sites. The cafe for breakfast was one of the best im the 8 hotels we stayed at.

Bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Worst hotel by far in that regard (stayed in 8 during the trip). Room smelt terrible of smoke as they had no smoke free rooms availiable. Receptionst didnt care that I asked for a swap even if extra $ required.

The location was good and close to Hakata ward, the old town of Fukuoka

Only 1 pillow which was very small/too soft to offer proper support, the matress was too hatd for my liking

    8TemporalPosted on: 10-14-2024

The room was big enough for the two of us. The bathroom was nice and new, and with a ceiling shower that was great. The desk was useful for us as we had some work to do as well.

Depending on your reason for choosing this area, it's right in the middle or at least next to a very busy area. It wasn't loud or anything on our floor or room, so it wasn't really a problem, but it might be if you bring a family.

    9HanaPosted on: 10-6-2024

The room was new and comfortable, though small, I was able to open one medium suitcase and one trolly. The bed was very comfortable. The room had floor to ceiling window, so it was very nice and bright.Very nice japanese breakfast. Very helpful and nice staff. 5 min walk to subway, many restaurants around. I definitely would book again.

There is a kobini in the first floor which was super convenient. There are multiple restaurants near the hotel. Staff is polite and responsive (I contacted before booking with some questions via booking chat and they replied fast and very helpful).Breakfast was a buffet-type (it was okay).

The hotel doesn't offer luggage delivery to the next hotel. It seems the hotel is old and had better days.I use a wheelchair to move around and they don't have any type of shower chairs and the room had a thick carpet.

very clean and in a good location. I liked they provided an amenities station
