Cons -
- I like my beds a little bit softer, but that’s just me. It was a great stay.

- The rooms were small but that’s expected of a hotel in major cities across japan.

Excellent buffet breakfast, shuttle ride to Hakata station, 7-11 downstairs, Hakata Station walkable and the walk is safe
Longer hours for shuttle to Hakata Station, and an airport service (for a fee), more free tv channels
I dont know because they use really chemical air freshener diffusers and spray throughout the hotel and rooms!! This is Japan! Many people are allergic to this kind of thing! I was in the hotel for less than 15 minutes, checked the room, air freshener smell everywhere and got sick and they would not give me a full refund! And even argued with me about how the air freshener is not toxic and treated me like a liar and not important. Essentially stealing 2 nights money from me. Unbelievable. This is Japan. This has never happened to me anywhere else in Japan. Hotel Manager, remember Omotenashi? If you are sensitive or allergic to Febreze type stinky air freshener then DO NOT stay here! And why air freshener used? Is the hotel dirty? Why not just neutral fresh air like every other hotel and building in Japan? Again, shocking the way the hotel manager handled this situation, he should be fired over this, especially the way he handled it with me.

Specious rooms, very clean.
Not very close to the Hakata stations.Walls are very thin and I could hear everything that was going on in the hall\other rooms.
Room was quite cute and peaceful
I was t expecting this boutique hotel to welcome buses of Chinese tourists. Instead of having a peaceful stay, I had to fight my way to the breakfast buffet. It was crowded and noisy.
A beautiful hotel in a nice part of town. Easy Transport to Hakata station in the morning.
The evening walk was a bit long, about 20 minutes, from the station to the hotel with our bags.
Really nice hotel with comfortable beds. Location was good. About 20 min walk to train station
Buffet style breakfast - many different varieties to choose from. The hotel also offers free drinks for guests for a couple of hours during day. Rooms are clean, new and beautiful. Size is decent. Can see the status of laundry from TV screen. We stayed in both Twin and Double rooms. Some rooms have river view which is really nice.Hotel provides free shuttle bus service to Hakata Station
Location - it's a bit far from the Hakata Station and other shopping areas - about 20 mins walk from the station, Canal City and Tenjin. We had breakfast close to 9 a.m. both mornings - some items were already cold at that time. Also, the coffee machine broke down on one morning.
The location and staff are wonderful. The room was confortable and spacious.
I liked everything
Breakast was ok and the shuittle bus driver to the station was very good.
The staff at check-in, breakfast and in general. This hotel seems to be all about the money and not about looking after the needs of guests.
The hotel had rooms that were larger in space than the typical Japanese hotels but still smaller for our comfort. Their breakfast was great and the staffs were helpful and accommodating. Had a room issue when we checked in but staff got us another room for the first night which was an upgrade.
It was good that the hotel had a shuttle that takes you to the main train station, but I would have like a location that was less than 10 minutes walk instead of 25 minutes. The shuttle indeed was a good add-on by hotel but had limited times.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is handy - only 15 minute walk to the train station, and they have a free shuttle to the station in the morning (tickets do “sell” out, you have to get yours early for some of the times). There are bus stops out front that will take you to the station or downtown quickly. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. The amenities in the lobby are coffee/tea/juice machines in the afternoon and bath salts/oils and face lotions. The room was great - the bed was a little too firm for us but we know other people like that. The room was spacious with a nice view, and they left 2 bottles of water in there. The blackout curtains were very effective, and designed so that one ran behind the other so there wasn’t a gap. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fourth floor has a laundry machine and microwave.
No major complaints, only small issues. The bathroom was about half a centimeter lower than the rest of the room which made for an awkward step down, and the shower head needed a good clean.
New and very clean, quiet surroundings and near good restos
Good food selection for breakfast. comfortable seating. Staff helpful. The provision of different kinds of salt for salt bath is thoughtful.
Location was excellent. Staff on front desk were very competent. Rooms were modern , clean and tidy. Hotel in general has a very nice feel. Free bath salts in reception was a nice touch.
Its not near to the Hakata Station but we were driving so it was alright. The prices were not cheap though. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and bed is comfort.
I booked for 1 room for 2 pax and 2 rooms but it turned out to be 2 rooms for 2 pax only. As a result we have paid additional fees. I clicked 2 HCs for twin beds and 2 rooms but the system registered as 2 rooms for 2 pax means only 1 adult per room. Pay attention to the # of adult after your booking is confirmed.
very clean toilet, strong wifi, comfortable firm beds.
location is far from Canal City or Hakata station, need to walk about 12 to 15 mins. However if you take the bus, it is 3 stops to Hakata Station. The coffee machine operated only from late afternoon till about 9pm. Why not 24 hours? Room for three persons is very tight.
Room was cleaned perfectly, Breakfast was so nice.
Areas for breakfast line a bit narrow when many guests are coming at the same time.
