Big enough for a family of 4 with lots of luggage

Only 2 towels for 4 people. Late check out was costly and should have been allowed 30 min - 1 hr for free before charging.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Nice little kitchen space and washer in room. Amenities (such as personal hygiene products, towels, etc.) were generous. Beds were very comfortable.

I personally hated the lack of staff presence on site and the self check in process. It made the place feel quite dodgy and made it feel slightly more unsafe. We began having issues with our code lock and as none of us had phones we could use in Japan to make calls, there was no easy way to alert staff or get help. Thankfully, we only had one night left of our stay. The location was not very convenient- not much to do in that area, and while there is a subway station close by, it’s a decent ride by train to get to most of the commonly visited sites in Fukuoka. Almost nothing to do within walking distance. I also feel that while the rooms were spacious and modern, for the price we paid I would have expected more of the common hotel amenities- breakfast area, staff, onsen, etc. We knew most of these things wouldn’t be there when we booked it but looking back, I think the price was too high for being a bare bones facility and for the location. If we had more experience traveling in Japan, we would have booked elsewhere.Also the smoking room must have a vent in it that leads to the second floor, because anytime anyone smoked in the smoking area, you could smell it through our vents.

Unfortunately there was a building site outside our balcony. Noise from 7am until 2pm so no way of relaxing. We couldn’t sit out and enjoy the morning air. This isn’t any fault of the hotel and is a short term issue.

I loved the shower head and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to downtown.

Before the staffs were nice, respectful and courteous! Now they are replaced by extremely rude, irascible and disrespectful young female brat. My taxi had issues and was 15 minutes late in arrival. My appointment was 11:15am with them to hold my baggage but arrived 11:33am. The girl who took my call was so small and petty. She kept complaining on me that I was late and hence; she cannot keep my bags for me! She made it sound like I have just committed a crime against her for keeping her wait. Eventually, she came and kept my bags but not without consequences! In all she literally sent me 29 emails insulting me with words like “I AM FED-UP WITH SELF-CENTRED GUESTS LIKE US” (attached screenshot), justifying her reasons for insulting me, went back to guilt tripping me for being late and keeping her waiting! The lists goes on and on! How ludicrous and preposterous are these crazy staffs?Contacted the manager and all I received was playing victim to circumstances she created and loads of sarcasms! I seriously don’t recommend this place at all!

The room size, kitchen, bath tub, fridge, space, lawson nearby, bed comfortable, washing machine, clothing rack, drip coffee bag provided. Air purifizer provided in which is a must for winter season

The sensor light at entrance very annoying, when u need to find something there, no motion it will off, when some of you sleep, u walk nearby tht area sensor on the light, people who lying down suddenly disturb by the lighting.No desk at the room, coffee table provided the table surface broken uneven texture. When i need a table for laptop doing some work, i could only put laptop at bed, in which quite unfavourable for me.The heating at bathroom was not really working due to the filter net full of dust blocking, quite cool when bathing. We wash all the aircond filter net ourself as all full of dust.

It looked very pretty from the outside. Lots of pay parking lots around the hotel.

VERY expensive for the type of room and quality of bed/ room accommodations.

Feels like a normal hotel without any staff

Not enough laundry detergent for multiple loads. And it's a bit far from public transportation and the center of town. And the room was a bit small for 4 people

The location is abit far away from subway

A very pleasant room size which is suitable for group of four friends to stay in FUK together.Especially, there is a washing machine, you can wash your clothes and do not have to bring to many clothes.

* Location is convince for traveling, whatever train station “YUKUIN”, supermarket, and convenience store are near Hotel around 10 minutes by walking.* Staff is nice although we no meet each other but he(she) kept and moved luggages to our room before we check in. * There is a washing machine in the room is convince for light traveling.

The staffs at Randor are very helpful and fast response to our needs. They allow us to leave luggage after checkout to match our flight schedules.

Wish we have better pillow

The room size is pretty large for Japan. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean. Location is very convenient.

Clean, convenient location, accessible parking.

No attendant on location.

Good enough facilities including laundry machine, kitchenette and bath room with good shower facility and bath tub.

Security of building main entrance could be more secured. There is no lock to enter the door. Shared pin code to open main entrance should be considered. Otherwise, anybody can enter the building.

Not difficult to find and the process of self-check in is smooth
