- The hotel staff is exceptionally professional. The room beautiful sunny and clean with excellent service! Highly recommend!
- Very clean and nice facilities. Lovely room.
Cons -
- Staff were mixed. I asked if they did airport shuttle as they have a fleet of busses and vans in their lot. One staff member said yes. I later asked about it for the next day and the staff member seemed flustered but said ok and noted it down. When I got down in the morning a private taxi was waiting for me. When I explained that I wanted the airport shuttle not a taxi I was told "no shuttle doesn't exist" which is strange as I literally saw those busses bring people to the hotel. I can only guess that's for elite customers or something. I ended up having to spend 11000 yen on a taxi to catch my flight. If they had just said no I would have left earlier and got the train for MUCH cheaper.
