- The location was great!
- Wonderful staff. Very accommodating and willing to go that extra mile. I had 2 very sick children during my stay and they called the Doctor on staff for me immediately. Cannot say enough about how amazing the employees are. Best hotel by far in Phuket
Cons -
- They didn¿t allow us to use the better pool at their location because it was reserved for guests who booked their rooms directly with them. restaurants were below average, same items every day on the breakfast buffet and the quality wasn¿t good.
- Very hard to find, if driving from out of town.
