- The staff was amazing as was the breakfast!
- The hotel lobby was very nice and clean. the loby seemed uptodate. The service was not worth the price that we paid. service was average compared to Taj palace hotel. Everything was very overpriced. Location was good.

- 5 star all the way!
- The ambience was too melancholy, dark, and uninviting. It was not appropriate for children and family. It was very depressing. The loby would look better if it was well lit. The rooms were very dark.
- Rooms are too small with space to keep clothes if you want to stay for few days at a time. Bathroom design has big flaw, each time try to take shower, whole floor get flooded with water and makes danger to slip and fall! Towels quality is substandard.
