The moment you step into the property, you will feel the experience and the traditions here. The way they welcome you is something else. They really embody the true meaning of hospitality. The room was very clean and had zero insects even though we were in the middle of the jungle "Literally". The staff were very friendly and welcoming and have tried to do everything to make our stay memorable

Amazing place, comfy beds and great staff! Much bigger and nicer than I expected! Love the rooftop and the various locations for the restaurant and the pool. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will be back for sure!

We had a perfect few days here in the pool Villa. It felt secluded while the luxuries of the resort were still close by. The food was great with a lot of options from all different cuisines. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the free shuttles in and out of Ubud were much appreciated. Our biggest regret from our trip was not staying a couple more nights here.

The restaurant staff were super accommodating.

There was some concern about a missing hand towel, and the reaction felt a little unnecessary. Logically speaking, if someone is happy to pay for a $500+ stay, stealing a small hand towel would be a strange life choice. Aside from that moment, everything else was excellent and I would have rated the stay a 9+.

The staff were fantastic and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and in a good location to the rice fields (20 mins from UBUD Centre). Breakfast was excellent with picturesque setting.

This place was one of those wonderful surprises you sometimes find when travelling. Service was 10/10 always attentive and with a smile. The food both at breakfast and dinner was spectacular especially the crusted salmon, potato chowder and Sushi rolls - we were in heaven. We are so grateful to Rati, Bande (Smiley) and Noomia especially for their warmth and for explaining and showing us the Balinese culture so enthusiastically. And a big thankyou to Gusti for the unexpected upgrade to the amazing Cempuka Pool Villa. Ubud is so beautiful and rustic and charming - we will be back (to this hotel)!!

Beautiful property, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel grounds are amazing. It was like a sanctuary. I loved how all the open spaces allowed nature to be seen from everywhere. The staff were very kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Service is also in time. The surrounding view is very nice since it’s in the middle of the rice field, very peaceful and relaxing, close to nature and away from stress. Food at restaurant tastes very good, and you can tell they put effort in plating as well, worth to try.

it could be only our room, or it could be the weather (rains), room smells very very moldy. since we are sensitive in smell, it was a bit unpleasant. the staff were nice and tried to use a air purifier, it helped a bit, but not much. and the smell got into our clothes we wore as well… but everything else was very good other than that.

Had a great stay at Kuwarasan Bali. The pool was relaxing, the bathroom was beautiful, and we loved the traditional dance during dinner. Staff were super friendly, special thanks to Dwi for the warm welcome at check-in

Loved the hotel overall, beautiful setting, great staff, and relaxing vibe. I did try the deep tissue massage, which was fine, but the masseuse’s comments about her bad experience in another country and her slightly condescending tone took away from the relaxation. I’m sure she meant well, but I was hoping for a more peaceful session.

Stunning hotel with a great design and an amazing pool over looking the rice fields. Great facilities at the hotel and a great selection for breakfast too. We really enjoyed doing sunrise Yoga and being able to get a shuttle into Ubud was really handy. All the staff at the hotel were amazing, they were so friendly and attentive and made our stay feel really special!

At times service was a little slow in the hotel restaurant or we had to find a member of staff to order drinks at the pool and rooftop bar. Some kind of bell or ringer at these bars would be great to let staff know someone is waiting. We also ordered sushi one night and the rice was overcooked, that was disappointing considering they had a Japanese restaurant at the hotel. There was also a pest exterminator on site for an hour one day which was no issue but a little more notice of this would have been good - it meant we couldn't be outside by the pool or around the hotel for a couple of hours.

Resort is beautiful and spacious. Alot to explore on property.Cooking Class was incredible and well rounded.Vintage Car Excursion was splendid and provided many destination options with amazing service

The location is about 20 minutes from Ubud City center which meant a lot of commuting back and forth.The pool was a bit chilly.

The room and bathroom are very nice and clean. The whole ambiance is relaxing, peaceful and tidy. The spa is excellent as is the food, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

There was mold in the room and humidity was super high, so the smell was hard to cope with. Also the bed linen and towels in the room quickly took on that smell and it was not pleasant at all. Airing the room did not help. The staff tried their best and brought us an air humidifier but that did not help either. The service could be faster, for simple meals as eg breakfast when there were no people in the restaurant we would wait almost the whole hour.

This was without exaggeration the most amazing resort I’ve ever been to. The hospitality of the staff and the quality of service was exceptional. The breakfast felt like a Michelin star restaurant, there are a lot of options and all of them absolutely delicious. The room is prepared twice a day, I especially liked how they prepare the room for sleep. The spa experience is just dreamlike. The staff welcomes you when you arrive with a kind gesture and everyday when you get back from your adventures they ask about your day with genuine curiosity. If you stay in you can relax at the pool where they serve you drinks and food at your sunbed or in the water.All in all this place is perfect, and everyone who visits Ubud, must stay here.

There is nothing to dislike

Amazing hotel and staff, real quiet and away from the crowds. The room was huge, nicely decorated and the rest of the facilities were great. Everything was amazing.

Pool menu could have more options - really small detail

Really loved the way the staff respected the guests as well as each other. It was beautiful and refreshing to see. We also appreciated and valued the excellent service received by Yunarta and Leo. The presidential suite was phenomenal and the service was excellent throughout by all members of the staff, including the team at breakfast (sorry I don’t remember specific names).

Didn’t like that we were charged for mineral water during breakfast. I would have expected it to be included given how much we paid for our suite and the fact that bottled water was available to everyone in their rooms.

Very beautiful property. Rooms were pretty big and food was amazing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Ubud.
