Clean room with good air conditioning

Small and busy location.Diving seemed solely focused on new divers and open water certifications.Arriving and having to get online to check-in gave a very negative first impression.

Friendly, efficient and polite staff. Quiet and relaxed setting. Large rooms, lovely breakfast. Excellent location on the beach with many eating places close by.

The location was excellent. Staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are a little dated but spacious and very clean. The included breakfast was very good. We had several lunches there too. The dive school is great - I completed the Padi Open water dive course with Emilie who was very good.

Nothing, we liked everything.

Set in a beautiful location on the beach among the fishing boats. Well kept gardens and lovely simple, but clean rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive. The dive shop arranged a great snorkeling trip for us.

Nice room with a comfortable bed, good WiFi, and was clean. Good location with diving facilities and restaurants nearby.

The AC in my room didn't cool the room. Someone came to work on it but nothing changed.The staff brought a fan and fortunately the weather turned cool so with a fan it was comfortable. The shower water pressure varied a lot making it alternate too hot and too cool.

Friendly staff both at reception and dive centre. Ade and Kare were great at helping me with my equipment. Room was in terrible condition. Bed was comfy. But almost no water pressure. No hot water. There was a black out in the middle of the night causing the aircon to go off. Called management and they said issue was with powerlines. Location was good - amongst massage places and restos. I checked out a day early cuz of the poor maintenance and situation in the room. Told the staff they shouldn’t have checked in people into a room that had so many issues. They were good to issue my refund as requested.

Excellent hotel - our rooms are large and have everything you need for a comfortable life. The location of the hotel is excellent - two steps and you are on the beach. The staff is very friendly. They try to solve all the problems that arise quickly and efficiently. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Amed and to this hotel.

The integration of the hotel stay with the diving school was very convenient. The place was very peaceful and quiet. The room and bathroom are huge and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have some sort of entertainment in the room like a TV.

Everything! Beautiful on the beach location. The pool and restaurant both have views of the beach and ocean, just gorgeous. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are huge, very clean and very comfortable. I can’t wait to stay again

Nothing at all

The room was beautiful! We only stayed for one night. Hopefully, next time, we can stay much longer. The staff also speak English quite well. I highly recommend them.

I have no complaints.

Basic hotel, small area, simple room. Good location and delicious breakfasts. The price is a bit too high for the range of services offered by the hotel.

It was more or less as described, so no big surprises. Lacked the Balinese friendliness

Breakfast is okay, u can choose between couple of options, like eggs, rice... and u can choose coffee or tea and juice. Bathroom is strange, space isn't used well, internet was okay

Nice place for exploring surrounding countryside, not so super busy like many other places.

Road traffic generates some noise, but it is quiet during night time.

Loved the location and the very helpful staff who spoke passable English.

It took forever for the shower to run hot and there was no hair-dryer.

The location is right in the middle of everything. Easy walks to all the restaurants and bar.

Maybe if we did scuba diving we would have enjoyed that place more. It seemed to have a good school going on. But in our experience the room was a bit old and run down and nothing too bad nor too special to comment about it.
