The rooms were spacious, the view was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. All together a very pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness of the property is commendable. Breakfast was also enjoyable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.However, I did encounter an issue with one of the front office staff. A particular gentleman who answered my call was noticeably rude and lacked basic hospitality. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but his tone was unfriendly and impatient, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise welcoming environment.One unfortunate incident occurred during our stay—my sister accidentally stepped on a piece of broken tile in the pool area, which caused her foot to bleed. Unfortunately, we forgot to report this to the staff at the time, but we believe it’s something that should be addressed for guest safety.Additionally, I was quite surprised to learn that although I had booked two rooms for two nights, there was an extra charge of IDR 150,000 per child per night for children under 4 years old. For context, we were a group of six—four adults and two children over the age of four.While I appreciated many aspects of our stay, clearer communication regarding extra charges, better pool maintenance, and more consistent service from all staff members would certainly improve the overall guest experience.

Was only here for 2 nights and it was great. Big spacious room, comfy bed, clean…nice pool overlooking the ocean.

Room no.14: -Maintenance : Television doesn't work at all,shower head is damaged,little tap water comes out-Cleanliness : bed sheets, towels, pillows curtains are so dirty, dust is everywhere , swimming pool was so dirty ,room in bad smell condition -Facilities (Garbage bin,tissue,mineral water, coffee/tea selection are not available )

This property is a scam. I had to book very fast, as that was unexpected stop. Checked the photos and they were fineBut in reality rooms we had were terrible. I don’t think it’s even legal to keep it working. I have photo proves. Walls are full of mold and destroyed. It stinks. Even insects couldn’t survive there. Because floor was covered with few dozens of dead flies and one dead centipedeThe sheets were dirty and with holesWhen I tried to change the room, manager was very rude and said we can cancel and go find new property. But it was very late and I was with small kids. So I didn’t have any choiceWe run away in the early morning Also the room is in the basement so there is no day lightPeople there don’t care about visitors. Really, I never had so bad stay in my life

View from the top floor room is amazing, the room is comfortable with comfy bed, small fridge and TV. The AC unit worked satisfactorily and kept the room cool as did the overhead fan, the price is exactly right.

When we entered the room for the first time there was a puddle of water on the floor from a leaking window, all they did was wipe it up and put a towel down to soak it up, no attempt to fix the leak.The shower rail and head were damaged, and had clearly been so for some time, whilst it did work it would not cost a lot of money or take much time or effort to fix this.Lastly the breakfast was pitiful, toast with no butter and average omelette. I think the hotel is missing out on an easy income stream from the restaurant, if they were to invest in decent food, drinks and coffee I think it would be very popular with the guests

No bottles of water supplied. Fridge was not turned on. Air conditioner was not turned on. Air conditioner was not cold, Mold on the shower curtain & outdoor cushions. No phone in the room for room service. Tv didn't work. 78 stairs from our room to the restaurant. Very poor English speaking staff. Extra long wait time for food in the restaurant. Bathroom towels were the size of hand towels. Only one pool towel supplies, upon requesting another, was given a hand towel.

The location has direct access to the beach. You can go straight down for snorkeling.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The snorkling experience quite amazing.

Staff. When asked about the surrounding area, they don’t have knowledge about it. The waitress, when ordering food, being asked about the food, goes back and forth to the kitchen to ask the cook. Ask something, the answer will be, don’t know.Suggestion: The staff should be given proper training on how to do hospitality.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Almost everything. This property only looks good in photos, nothing else.The location is actually not in Amed, but in the neighbouring village, an area that is not as nice as Amed, and rather far and dark from the centre of Amed. Only convenient if you have a car, not suitable for strolling at night.Considering the cheap price, do not expect to get proper : bathroom toiletries (in the room my SIL stayed in there were NO toiletries at all, got to ask for them from the lobby), amenities (only 1 pool towel per room, 0 hand towel), bed (hard and too high for Asians), breakfast (which is mediocre and took a long time to come when the restaurant is almost full a 8am, but the restaurant was closed when we came earlier at 7ish am).

- Right at the beach- The pool was big and deep- Cold AC

- Facilities are a bit rundown and could be improved- Breakfast is basic but enough to keep us full until lunchtime
